Altitude tower: We arrived when it was pretty quiet and as it filled up wait times for EVERYTHING took longer. As soon as we finished checking in immediately a timeshare person tried to get us to sign up for one and wouldn’t let us leave even though I told him how exhausted we were from traveling all day I ended up having to be rude and put my foot down and walk away. Buffet: We frequently finished our entire meals before ever receiving any drinks. Bars: They wouldn’t give us bottled water when it was 26+ degrees outside, claiming they ran out. Or they were annoyed when we’d ask for a drink (altitude tower.) Hospitality wasn’t there, many workers are rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Room: We paid extra for the ocean front altitude tower, the room made it worth it but the AC squeaked all night and kept us awake but it was too hot to turn it off, the room above us moved their chair around all day/night and it was very loud. Room service wasn’t really worth it as it was always an hour or two hour wait. Restaurants: Really great food but always packed making the workers rush and forget to take your order or serve you. Only thing that makes this resort worth it is the beachfront which offers minimal waves.

Krystal Grand is wonderful. Ocean front views, crystal clear water, unbelievable sunrises and sunsets that turn the sky into a wonderful ray of colours. Their staff was amazing. Shout out to server Yocelin (at the mezzanine) and both Liliana and the incredible Emiliano for taking such great care of our family at the beach shore serving us tirelessly and relentlessly day in and out. We appreciated everyone’s charisma and dedication to an excellent service. Thank you all for a lovely Christmas gift. Memories will be cherished for a long time. Recommending this place to all whom appreciate eating well, having a great time and adventures ( surfing, skid-doing, boggie boarding, sunbathing, and more!!

Overpriced, short staff, upgraded sections not worth the price. Got sick for 3 weeks after due to dirty air filters. Staff lost yeti and refused to replace it. Management took no responsibility for anything when checking out after what we had we had to be fixed. . Ex our drapes were broke in our room ,, thier example was to not to fix them.

Everything was fantastic! The Staff is so friendly and attentive. Compared to other hotels with all inclusive, the food was really delicious and we loved that in addition to the snacks, we also had other options for lunch at the other restaurants. On our last night we went to "The Grill" we ordered the mixed BBQ and my husband loved it. Elizabeth was our waitress, she was very kind, friendly and made very nice suggestions, which made our stay more enjoyable. Thank you, Elizabeth Orea ??

We loved the Italian restaurant! So tasty and Zacarias was a great server, super awesome and nice. Confused on when the restaurants were open and closed because they were not consistent.
