Excellent service we come back to this hotel again excellence service. I’m really happy with all of that stuff and also the food is really good.

The attention of the staff is amazing, from Fernando in the beach club and the people working in the restaurant like Cesar that was super helpful and attentive tu detail!! Has made this trip amazing

We went as a pre-Christmas decompress and were not disappointed! Lovely friendly service. Beautiful beach and great all inclusive food ( buffet, themed restaurants and snack bar). Clean well serviced rooms. We are planning to return and would strongly recommend this place.

Location really good, the beach is calm in that section of the ocean, staff were good, entertainment team is awesome, they keep you entertained, hotel is clean, outdated but clean, food menu is limited, hard liquor is limited, but you are in the hotel zone so you can go outside and get you something else if you want too, (spend extra money of course) my housekeeper very professional, Rocio the receptionist was really good. But for the price that I paid with TRIVAGO DEALS, and few hiccups that I had in the hotel, is something that I considered not coming back.
