Jahir is the best bartender at the resort. He was always pleasant and made sure his guests was happy . He makes the BEST drinks. He is kind and SUPER FUN. He is definitely the reason I am planning a trip back this August. Every staff person was very nice. The resort is clean and there is plenty of food options.

Great stay at Kystral Grand beach! We were able to do so many activities! Mariana the concierge was such a great help! Juan Pablo help us a lot on getting our excursions! Felipe gave us the information we needed for our excursions! Everyday Reina was asking if we needed clean towels! Our room cleaned! She was such a nice lady! 10 out of 10!!

Enjoyed my stay here! I had the best time with my friends and family! The food is amazing, beach access is great! Sushi was amazing. There are so many things to do around this area. I suggest doing tours here at krystal. And the best part are the drinks. Jahir is the best bartender! He mainly works at the krystal altitude. Any drink you want! He makes it amazing!!!

The hotel is great I recommend it. We really enjoyed the stay and the ppl. I recommend you all come and visit Jahir at the Krystal altitude bar. He makes great drinks and is great company we came in a group and he had us laughing the entire time we came to get drinks.
