So dissapointed! Food was the worst. Pretty much pig slop. Very noisy til late at night. Elevators super slow. Pools were freezing cold. No entertainment at all. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We just returned from a week vacation at the Krystal Grand. It was our first time at this hotel. We were shown around the grounds by the time share people when we first arrived. They asked if we wanted to go and see the Altitude rooms but we were not interested and they didn't push. Check in was at 3pm but we didn't get to check in till 4 pm which was fine because we went to the buffet for lunch. We had standard king room with partial ocean view on the 11th floor. The room was fine , the only issue I had was that they did not come around with water and beer to fill our fridge 2 out of 7 days. I called a few times they said they are on their way and no one showed up. The elevators took a long time to come to our floor and one elevator would stop on 7 and 1 every time with no one getting on or off. They are putting in a 4th elevator. The hotel grounds are clean and well kept. Many chairs and umbrellas around the pool and at the beach. Pool bar had a variety of drinks and the waiters that walk around to bring you drinks work very hard. The buffet had a wide variety of food to choose from. Isabel and Jocelyn were always smiling and very pleasant when you arrived. The ala carte restaurants are under staffed for the amount of people they have at one sitting. The food at the Italian,Japanese and the Grill was delicious and would strongly recommend to go there. If you are in a wheelchair or handicapped this hotel has many stairs so might be hard to get around. I would definetley return to this hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at the Krystal Grand Cancun All Inclusive Resort. I traveled with my son as a single mom, and our experience went seamlessly. I loved the energy of the activities staff - Rene and Sebastian. The beach is very family friendly, and loved the calm waters that allowed us to swim safely in the ocean. Staff was attentive, and my son enjoyed the game room on rainy days. Would definitely visit again!

Krystal Grand Cancún All Inclusive – Review I had a very pleasant stay at Krystal Grand Cancún All Inclusive. The location is excellent, with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the beach. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. The food at the buffet was varied and consistently good, with plenty of options to choose from each day. Service throughout the resort was attentive and professional. A special mention goes to Isabel at the buffet front desk. She was exceptionally kind, organized, and always greeted guests with a warm smile. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a noticeable difference in the overall dining experience. Overall, this is a solid choice for an all-inclusive stay in Cancún, especially for those looking for good service, a great location, and a comfortable environment.

Isabeth Orea and The Grill was the best meal we had the entire trip- the food and staff was amazing
