This is a lovely hotel, good location with a huge beach that has very little sargassum. The rooms are very clean but a little dated, which I don't care about at all. The entire hotel was very clean. We were there during March break and there were plenty of sun loungers on the beach. The staff are exceptionally nice, welcoming, efficient and helpful. They all made our stay great. I would definitely come back again.

Our overall stay at Krystal Grand was pretty good overall. The beaches were really nice and the workers were extremely helpful and kind. Isabel-Joscelin Corce definitely stood out to us! Every time she would check us into the buffet or other restaurants, she and her friend would take time to learn a few words of Ukrainian and practice with us. It was so pleasant to see them every day, and they both definitely brightened our trip! The hotel rooms and overall area was clean and mostly well kept. But, one of the problems was the elevators. They were constantly having problems and being extremely slow. Another problem was with the presentation of Krystal Altitude. We were promised it would take only an hour of our time, and in exchange we would get to rent a Bali Bed for free. The presentation ended up taking 2 and a half hours, and this was very upsetting. The sales people were pushy and it was just an unpleasant situation all around. Another problem was with the beach, the location and water were beautiful but the water contained so much seaweed it was difficult to walk through it at times. Though, it did seem to be cleaned up right before we left. Another problem we had was with the AC units outside. At first, our room was right above them, which caused our room to be loud nonstop. Luckily, the staff resolved this issue very quickly and without any problems.

Eduardo was amazing in the entertainment team, the stay was great! The bar and kitchen staff was perfect the drinks were really good especially the daquries! The whole hotel experience was perfect from start to finish

Pros • Very friendly and hardworking staff — they were the highlight of the stay • The Grill and Ayami restaurants were both good • Pool and beach area are nice • Great location, close to the beach and easy to get around Cons • We were invited to a “welcome breakfast” that turned into a high-pressure sales pitch for Krystal+. This was not clearly communicated in advance and made for a very uncomfortable start to the trip. We ended up walking out. • Evening entertainment was inconsistent — a couple of good shows, but several quiet nights • The hotel feels a bit dated (slow elevator, no bathroom fan, no hair dryer in the room, etc.) Overall • We still had a good trip thanks to the staff and location, but I would recommend staying elsewhere because of the sales experience, aging facilities and the lack of entertainment.

Good experience overall. Good location near the shops but away of the noise Rooms are good. They need mantainance but they answer fast if you need something. Good cost value deal Cleanliness is very good There are noisy areas but you could pick others. My room was not noisy at all The amenities are good. Pools, bars, good spaces, spaces for kids and teenagers
