Eduardo was an excellent server at Ayami restaurant . he catered to us and made this experience amazing ! I highly recommend this restaurant and make sure you have Eduardo as your seerver . 10/10! Thank you Eduardo , may God bless you !!!!!!!!!!

One of the best resorts I've been to in a long time. Great customer service! Especially to Eduardo in the Japanese restaurant, felt all the more special because it was my birthday. The food was amazing so much flavour. We would definitely recommend spending your holiday here.
Hotel food was a bit salty for our taste and when we asked for room service they did not understand no salt on our food

Our experience were cut short due to the hurricane but our representative especially Elena was very kind ,friendly and helpful; we highly recommend her to anyone going to visit Cancun at Kristal altitude hotel. If we do come back we might check in at the altitude instead of the Grand much better room/view

The hotel is fine, bonita playa muy limitado el menú y el colchón fue lo peor salimos con un dolor horrible de espalda

The hotel is good, it has a very nice beach and the service was friendly. However, the menu is very limited. After 3 days, you have already tried everything. The mattress was watery and it was very uncomfortable to sleep there, we left with a lot of back pain.
