in all honesty the level of attention to guest was near none. most of the time you are harassed inside the hotel by adventure people and a jewelry guy that can’t stop trying to sell you stuff every time you go by the elevator. the elevators are the worst feature slow they smell one morning i used it and spit was all over the walls. the food a 2/5 at best. the waits for buffet didn’t make any sense the other restaurants are a 2/5 service was horrible if you don’t tip you don’t get served. it wasn’t an experience where the guests could relax. you had to work. times for dinners are everyone for themselves. it felt more like a hostel then a 5 star all-inclusive. i would not recommend it for family’s. all that being said if i was a single guy trying to live my best life then ya this place would be it. i will give the location a 5/5 the beach the pools 5/5. i feel they should move to an adult only resort. i think they would thrive more if they did. the beach food was 5/5 i recommend the chicken quesadilla. as a family man will find somthing else if i wasn’t then i would come back.

We had an AMAZING experience. Loved every second of our vacation. All staff were exceptional but our beach bartender Antonio made our trip extra special. Thank you again to all the staff. This is not goodbye, only see you later because we will return ??

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to the entertainment team, Rene, Martin, and Joshua, who took such great care of my children. They were amazing, attentive, and made sure the kids were always engaged and happy. My children absolutely loved the experience. I would also like to thank Felix, our pool server, who took great care of me and made sure I truly enjoyed every moment by the pool. His attention and kindness made a real difference. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable stay!

antonio was such a great server!!! very nice guy, great energy, and a nice person!! Loved & enjoyed his presence he was quick & persistent!

Overall a very good experience, despite a few hurdles due to what felt like not having enough staff on site. Excellent place for families. The entertainment team were by far the best, thanks to Rene and Santana!
