Pleasant dining experience, enhanced with the attention from Ivan Sandoval. Super friendly and great service. Tasty food in Risotto. Black ravioli with salmon was delicious. Paired with the wine and appetizer bar was enjoyable. Definitely recommend

My partner and I spent 7 days over the Christmas break at Krystal Grand Cancún and it was absolutely amazing! Both of us are vegan and the staff were so accommodating and prepared special meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We never went hungry and were completely satisfied with the food options Jacobo prepared for us. The restaurant supervisors, Luisa and Josias took very good care of us and were attentive to all of our needs and dietary restrictions. We loved seeing them each day. You could tell the chefs took pride in the challenge to create vegan meals that were high end and complex, and every meal was different than the last. Each meal had a protein which historically was a challenge for us when attending other resorts. The service was very good all around, room was beautiful and the beach was clean. 10/10 would recommend and definitely would return.

The experience was great! We stayed at the Atallier tower (recommend making the upgrade)- the room was great, the food at the hotel was good, the concierge was on top of everything (Javier and Elena) and the service was great, Alejo and Jose were great at the poolside restaurant. Very happy with my experience! Highly recommend you make arrangements for transportation from the airport with the hotel. We were forced to spend $230 to get a ride to the hotel, there is a strange monopoly at the airport. Making arrangements with the hotel at least 24 hours in advance with the hotel will avoid this issue and the cost will be relatively reasonable!

Food is amazing, Alenjo is a great server and the resort is amazing. Water is crystal blue and warm, pool is beautiful and the rooms have insanely comfortable beds. Ordered a burgerand the food was really good. Would come back anytime for another visit

Janer our concierge made our experience 100x better. From showing us popular spots, getting us to book excursions, and getting us reservations when the restaurant is fully booked. He went above and beyond. Enrique who was helping us at the taco shop la Taquiera was amazing aswell! Both were outstanding hosts
