Karina and Jesus!!!! What an amazing duo they offered water Zumba in the pool. They did a phone party. They did a mini golf tournament. The music is incredible. The energy is beautiful such beautiful people very kind very personable. Everybody came over and talk to us introduced themselves. It was the best experience ever, you need to book them ASAP We are feeling SEXY SEXY SEXY LOVE Maria and Mohammed Ali from New Jersey <3

Great resort to stay in. Pools and beaches were nice. Food is great compared to their resort food. Friendly staff around the resort and they always greet you with a smile. We went to the spa and had a great experience there as well. The shows were great and entertaining. It was my wife’s birthday and they made the whole experience celebrating her birthday which was nice. The room was clean and had a private pool on the roof top. Front desk person at check in and check out were friendly and professional. Our butler Chan was excellent and very nice and professional. He helped us a lot and made us feel very welcome. Every resort should have someone like him. We were really impressed With his service and we were thankful for having him. We will be asking for Chan again during our next stay. Please give him the recognition he deserves for his great services. Overall we had a great experience here and we will be returning in the future.

Ok, so it's a beautiful resort, with many amenities. BUT, here are reasons I give it 3 stars, not 5: 1. "All inclusive" but no drinks delivered to room even with room service. Only liquor in room was rum & tequila. Refused to change for desired one-vodka & scotch. 2. Multiple broken back rests on lounges and umbrella tines; missing shade screens on canopies. Staff was aware. 3. Pool towels not available til 8am, yet they complained if you brought a room towel to use. 4. Kicked off of Sky deck & pool nearly daily without advance notice due to some private event using the space. At least post it in the morning of time to vacate. 5. Spa & massage prices were US big city levels. Expected something significantly less in Mexico as we have experienced in other 5 star venues in countries of similar economic levels. 6. Flat misreprestation: Guest services promoted a 'special deal' exclusive to Majestic at local top golf course @ $155 including 18 holes, cart, range balls. Staff said only 10 minutes away. We signed up but course charged us $200 apiece, and rental clubs @ $80 vs. their online listing at $55! Majestic Resort refused to adjust or give us a credit against a spa visit, nice wine or anything. Staffer claimed the $155 was at another course 45 minutes away, which was NEVER mentioned. When my son went back when manager was present, Then staffer claimed she told me! An outright lie, as we had strongly questioned the shuttle pick up time as too close to our tee time even with course 10 minutes away as we wanted 1/2 hr on the range plus testing putting roll. Manger refused any help. Beware of Fraud!

Enjoyed the facility, food and entertainment. Food is great, facilities are superb and the music is the best of all. The beach is clean and the employees all of them have great attitude. We stayed at the hotel a week and did not get bored a single moment.

Bianca & Giancarlo were fabulous. They had the whole place dancing. They have beautiful voices and very personable. They played fun songs and it was so enjoyable. We had a great night socializing and meeting people all while enjoying their gift of music. A real must see!
