Staff was so friendly and great with the kids. There were so many activities and the kids had so much fun! Sandra and Alondra were great!! Alondra is the best at Mario Kart!!!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres and cannot say enough wonderful things about this resort. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional and every staff member went above and beyond to make our vacation special. A special thank you to Matteo at the French restaurant. He was an absolute gentleman and provided outstanding service that made our dining experience truly memorable. Fatima, our housekeeper, was fantastic. Our room was always spotless, beautifully maintained, and she paid attention to every detail. Our butler, Jorman, was incredibly kind, attentive, and always available whenever we needed assistance. He truly helped make our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The entire staff was amazing, the hospitality was incredible, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. Everything was immaculate and you could tell the resort takes great pride in keeping the property looking perfect. Our room was absolutely perfect. We stayed in a room with a plunge pool on the 4th floor and had breathtaking ocean views. Waking up to that view every morning was unforgettable. The restaurants were excellent, especially the steakhouse. The food was delicious, perfectly prepared, and one of our favorite dining experiences during the trip. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful accommodations, outstanding service, delicious food, and an incredible atmosphere. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres to anyone looking for a perfect vacation. The only suggestion I would make is adding a 24-hour coffee and ice cream shop. There were definitely times in the evening and late at night when having access to coffee, ice cream, or a quick sweet treat would have been wonderful. It would be a great addition to an already fantastic resort experience. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful accommodations, outstanding service, delicious food, and an incredible atmosphere. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres to anyone looking for a perfect vacation. 10/10 experience!

McJestic is a great place for late night snacks or just overall good eats — regardless of the time of day! We’ve definitely enjoyed our time here and the overall experience. The food at McJestic is truly AMAZING!! Guadalupe makes the best corn tosados and tacos. We could always count on him for some late night eats & great/above and beyond customer service.

The class was amazing! Ask for Candy, Sexy Sexy and Alvaro as your instructor. I learned new how to make a Mai Tai and Margherita. They accommodated our large group and we had an amazing time! Make sure to come early because there’s only a small number of spots for this class! Enjoy??

The resort is beautiful and the people who work at this establishment are amazing…. Victor especially at the glee family bar he is the best he is so good with the kids and the adults my daughter Kristina just loved him especially his frozen Strawberry Daquri’s if you every visit be sure to swing on by and say hello
