We were greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of activities with convenient areas to minimize back and forth. So sexxy Ricardo & Jesus / staff Johnson bar tender, Kevin pool waiter ALL excellent. Housekeeping also great.

Lovely hotel. Some very strange rules and very strict on those, i.e. no food allowed by the pools or beach except for burgers and hotdogs. Difficult reception staff - we were deceived to think 18+ means adults on section of hotel but in fact this is an extra cost. Entertainment team very good. Ricardo fantastico!
