Beautiful property, Rooms are extremely large with a jacuzzi on the balcony. Pools are awesome in both the family side as well as the adult side. The beach was stunning with white sands and loads of Bali beds as well as cabanas. Palapas were readily available also. The resort is extremely very conscious of the seaweed as they continuously remove it. Extremely swimmable beach. Food options were plentiful and my favourite is the Mar House where I the bed lobster and prawns. Passionfruit martinis were my fav. Fantastic staff who were friendly and extremely caring and helpful. I was there during hurricane Helene.....the staff and management made sure that I were taken care. I felt safe and pampered. Well worth the stay. I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this resort! The property is beautiful and everything is well maintained. The beach is amazing!!! You can walk forever. Our last visit we stayed in Cancun at a RIU and this beach is so much better. The finishings are so pretty, every area (restaurant/bars/spa) is appealing. The staff goes above and beyond. We had so many positive and happy interactions with countless workers. The restaurants are varied and we enjoyed all of them. My filet at the steakhouse…. Yum!! Drinks were always available and when you wanted something in your room, room service quick. The pools are very nice and you have so many options. We never had an issue finding a chair at pool or beach. Pool bar was so fun! Our favorite was the tiki beach bar. Victor and Benny are so fun and kind! We met amazing people from around the globe and shared a lot of laughs. Our room with the rooftop jacuzzi was stellar! The room was well maintained and always cleaned by the time we got back. We were fortunate enough to be there to celebrate a dear family members wedding. It was beyond beautiful. The view out to the breach from above at the sky bar area while exchanging vows…. I can’t imagine it gets much better!! I wouldn’t hesitate to book this resort again. Thank you for the amazing stay!!

Great resort. We thought we were getting a true swim up room, but still ended up with a plunge pool. Still very nice, but we spent most of the time at the beach anyway. The room was very clean and very nice. They are huge rooms! Service at the beach by Angel was excellent!!! He was funny, friendly, and remembered our names even when he passed us elsewhere in the resort. All the beach servers were awesome. Food was great too. We would definitley come back and anticipate this resort to be a yearly visit of ours.

This resort is exquisite! We had a rooftop plunge pool in the adults only section. Room 4415 is the best. Full view of the ocean and main area of the resort too. We watched many weddings and outdoor parties from our pool and balcony. Staff were very friendly and do everything they could to assist us. Nightly entertainment was great especially Michael Jackson tribute and Queen cover band. Loved the restaurants. Adrian and Eduardo at the Italian restaurant were excellent!! The fettuccine Alfredo made from the cheese wheel is delicious!! Moises who was serving drinks at the beach was the best server there!! We will definitely return here.

I can't find even a little thing to complain about. Everything was excellent ! Starting from checking in to the end of our stay was excellent. Food, room, service, shows,cleanliness - 10 out of 10 ! Now it's my favorite place. We'll definitely go back.
