I have stayed at many AI throughout the Maya Riviera over the years so feel like i have a lot to compare the Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres to. This resort is definitely in my top 3. It was a girls trip and we appreciated so many things about this resort. We had a on oceanfront room in the Adult section. We loved the very spacious room and two bathrooms!!! The bed and pillows were super comfy, the shower was perfect and deck was also very spacious. The hidden cupboard just outside your room (with access from the inside) is brilliant. Great place to leave your room service dishes and your butler to leave beach towels in the evening. Our butler Enrique was AMAZING and so good at his job! We were introduced to him when we checked in and he gave us a tour and showed us to our room. He checked in with us on Whatsap every day, made dinner reservations for us and was available for any questions or needs we had. If you visit the resort, i recommend requesting Enrique! I am gluten sensitive and Enrique put me in touch with the food concierge Brian who was also AMAZING! He arranged for gluten free churros with dulce de leche sauce for dessert 3 times during our one week stay - they are to die for! If you have any food allergies, talk to Brian! We ate most meals at the a la cartes and every one was good! We loved the option for a la carte breakfast at the Italian. Overall i would say the food is 4.5/5 - again def in the top 3 of resorts i have visited. The beach is beautiful - white, soft sandy beach. We loved the palapas over the bali beds and beach service was perfect! There was a little bit of sargassum during our stay (March 1-8) and it was pretty windy but the water was still lovely. Another highlight was the Queen and Michael Jackson show in the theatre - both were really good. The Mexican Night in the plaza was also very enjoyable - loved seeing the Mexican dancers. The only thing we missed, with this being a new resort, was fully grown palm trees and landscaping which just means we need to go back in the future!!

Lalo (our butler), Dani and Sylvia at the infinity pool were amazing. Highly recommend the resort as the workers are amazing!!

We loved the resort! Their entertainment crew is so lively and fun. Pao did a great job including us and giving us a fun time. She treated us so well! Karla was also such a sweet woman, making us feel so loved, the team was amazing making us feel like family!

Angel at breakfast “flavors” was excellent and too the best care of us daily! Joy Sebastian and Alvaro were phenomenal for our celiac family gluten free and little daughter nut free and tree nut free and egg free they took the best care of us! Can’t recommend enough!!
