We had an amazing stay at the Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres this past January. Everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and the food was excellent. The beach is absolutely stunning — soft white sand and beautiful blue water. It was one of the highlights of our trip. What really made our vacation special, though, was the incredible staff. We would especially like to recognize some wonderful team members who made our stay unforgettable: Hector – bar butler Caouich Gabriel – server at the Italian restaurant Bo Dereck – bar butler Sergio – room butler And of course, the one and only Sexy Sexy Ricardo! They were all so kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Their service truly made a difference in our experience. Thank you to the entire team for such a warm welcome and for making our vacation so memorable. We would absolutely recommend this resort and would love to come back! Ricardo was amazing!!! So fun and the magic show was great. The silent discount was a fun time and we had a great dancing night! The food awesome as well. Love the chicken wings!!!

Love the location. Food has been okay but customer service has been amazing! Top tier team with Ricardo, Erik, eiden, Alicia, Enrique, and Jesus. Love all of them! Magic show and Michael Jackson tribute were a good time!

My second time at this resort.The staff at this resort are all very nice,my butler Katia was great and made surethat i was well taken care of.She arranged a birthday dinner for me at the Mexican restaurant which was delicius.The food at this resort was good at all restaurants as well as the buffet.The beach is large and clean and has lots of chairs available.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! I had an amazing sleep, the private plunge pool attached to my room was amazing. Great food, very clean environment, amazing staff. One fella in the breakfast buffet even made me a crepe, he wasn't sure what it was until I showed him a picture and explained it to him, he said "give me 5 minutes". He then went off to make it and brang it to my table, it was so good and he went the extra mile for my breakfast that day. The beach at this resort is incredible and I will definitely be back next year.
