Room with a view of a kids water park is definitely not what a booked and they are not accommodating. Checking took 40 minutes.

My husband (Marco) and I recently returned to the beautiful Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres for another unforgettable stay in July 2026, and once again, we were absolutely thrilled. As returning guests, this resort truly feels like our home away from home. What continues to impress us is the exceptional service, consistent quality, and incredible attention to detail that make every visit so special. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with cold tropical refreshments and the same genuine hospitality we remembered from our previous stay. Upon check-in, Guest Service Manager- Ms. Karla Loeza, Assistant Elda Pina and the guest service team (Krystel, Muriel) were very professional and seamlessly assigned us our accommodations. At this time we were also introduced to our attentive and thoughtful butler ...Victor! Victor was always checking up on us and making sure that our stay was comfortable(aromatherapy, dinner/spa reservations, pillow selection, etc.). We kept in contact frequently and he always found time to meet and discuss or plan during our stay. Another shout out to all the bellboys who were extremely amicable, hard working, and always willing to lend a helping hand. The adults-only side was the perfect setting for a relaxing and romantic getaway. Our pool/beach view room was very clean, spacious, and simply stunning! Our housekeeper Yesenia was wonderful. She turned down our beds nightly, cleaned the room so spotless that it literally felt like a fresh room every day. She also created little animal/flowers out of the towels which was interesting refreshing to see. She was super kind every time we ran into her while she was cleaning and we never had any complaints. The entire property continues to be exceptionally well maintained. The pools, lush landscaping, and stunning surroundings were just as impressive as we remembered. We remain especially impressed by the resort's administrative team, particularly the resort's General Manager/Director Mr. Sasa Ivanic and Sub-Director Mr. Giovanni Acosta, whom we frequently saw circulating the property throughout the day and evening. Their dedication to ensuring everything was running smoothly and that guests were comfortable truly reflects the high standards of the Majestic Elegance. The dining experience was once again outstanding, with an incredible variety of restaurants and consistently excellent food and service. We remain impressed by the attentiveness of the food concierge/chefs (Sebastian, Alvaro, "sunshine" Ruth) which supported us during each meal due to dietary restrictions. With hard work, creativity and pride, they were pivotal in making our stay safe, enjoyable, comfortable, and delicious. The Mar House served great seafood dinners (Chris, Estephany, Paris, Sergio Conte) and the entire staff made each visit wonderful. The Nine Doors restaurant remains a favourite, and the Hibachi experience was another memorable evening (Oscar was again very entertaining and talented). Special thanks to our amazing waiters Joel Mex, Amalio and Omar (Il Botaccio) and "smiling" Xiunel (Mexican). I really enjoyed revisiting Guadeloupe at his McJestic late night restaurant. Be sure to ask him for his all new chicken finger dipping sauce...it was fantastic!). You were all so helpful, patient, and extremely kind throughout our stay! We also want to recognize the many other bartenders, servers, bell staff who made us feel so welcome. It is the familiar smiles, genuine conversations, and personal touches that make returning to this resort feel like coming home. Again, the entertainment team members kept us on our toes! From pool/beach volleyball to crazy games and Zumba in the pool, Silvia, Candy, Farid and "cowboy" Faustino (Tino) are great at what they do! Entertainment Staff foam party was another hit! Night entertainment (Michael Jackson Tribute, Mexican Wrestling Night and the Fire Show) was again enjoyable! We shared lots of laughs with the Entertainment Manager, Tino, who welcomed us and made an extra effort to make our stay personable and enjoyable. Also, be sure to visit bartender Erik and his team down in the evening lobby bar for their unique specialty drinks. We cannot forget about the bubbly and very hard working Bo Derek who happily walks the beach/patios serving endless refreshments to everyone who crosses her path! As returning guests, we can confidently say that the Majestic Elegance continues to exceed our expectations. It is rare to find a resort that maintains such a high level of quality while continuing to make guests feel genuinely valued. We left with wonderful memories and were, once again, sad to say goodbye to our home away from home. Thank you to the entire Majestic Elegance team for another incredible stay. We are already looking forward to returning and creating even more unforgettable memories!

I had a great time, the pool is amazing, the dinner is very romantic, drinks are insanely good, we love our stay here majestic elegance costa Mujeres, and michelle was very sweet and amazing at keeping us updated on all the events every night!

We have loved our service here and all of the activities. Sylvia, who instructs all of the pool activities is the best! So nice and energetic, we wish we could stay forever. We also have loved our butler Leonel and all he has helped us with. The food is amazing especially at the Bistro!

Fernanda was incredible! So fun! Ricardo too! And Miguel was the BEST bartender! I couldn’t be happier with this trip.
