My stay at the resort was overall a really great experience. The property was beautiful, clean, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The entertainment team did an amazing job EVERY night, Sexy Sexy Ricardo did an AMAZING AMAZING JOB! 1000000000/100000!!!!! The excursions were definitely a highlight of the trip—everything was well organized, and the guides made it such a fun and memorable experience. It was my first time riding a horse, and the cowboys were super friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. One of my favorite moments was when my husband jumped into the cave and everyone cheered him on—it was such a fun and unforgettable experience!

If you’re staying at the Majestic Resort in Cancun, the Mexican wrestling show is an absolute must-see. From start to finish, the energy was electric—loud music, colorful masks, and nonstop action that had everyone on their feet. The performers brought incredible passion and skill to the ring, blending athleticism with pure entertainment in a way that kept the crowd fully engaged. A special shoutout to Ricardo, who truly stood out during the show. His performance was next-level—charismatic, high-energy, and incredibly fun to watch. You could tell he put his heart into every moment, and the crowd absolutely loved him. He played his role perfectly and added so much excitement to the experience. Whether you’re a longtime fan of wrestling or just looking for something fun and different to do at the resort, this show delivers. It’s interactive, family-friendly, and packed with memorable moments. Easily one of the highlights of the trip—I’d go again without hesitation!

We enjoyed the wrestling night, foam party, Ricardo in the entertainment crew, and Erik at the main lobby bar! Place is very clean. Staff very nice! Rooms are spacious and really nice. Food was excellent. Would return.

Just got back from five nights 6 days at the Majestic Elegance. This was a girls trip and we stayed on the adults only side. The hotel was lovely, the grounds were kept immaculate and all the staff were extremely friendly. It was definitely a slower time of year to travel. The resort was very quiet. If you're looking for a bit more of a lively resort, you may want to stay on the family side. The pools were beautiful. Food was consistently good as well. The beach unfortunately had a lot of seaweed but it's not something that you can control and it was extremely rough due to it being so windy. It didn't hamper our vacation. We had a small issue with check-in as we waited a long time but it was rectified when we checked out and were able to have our room for the majority of the day. If you are looking for a more upscale all-inclusive experience, this resort is for you. The rooms and some areas around the pool are starting to show wear and tear and are in need of a refresh . I would recommend this resort in the future and have no problem going back.
