The hotel was great but dany from the entertainment team was the highlight of our holiday his hospitality was outstanding and was so welcoming, we couldnt recommend speaking to him enough. Especially if your playing blackjack haha

The hotel was average The food was subpar Being in the Diamond club really has very little meaning even though you pay more for the privilege. Diamond Club lounge was the size of a bathroom at best with NO luxury..... These 3 people saved the day!!! Iran and Samara made our entire visit! They were attentive and caring and constantly checking in to see that we had everything we needed. Without them the trip would not have been the same experience. Annah at the pool was amazing as well. All three are on top of their game with respect and uber service. Muchas Gracias to all three.??????
Exceptional Service, Beautiful Vibe – Needs a Bit of TLC from Marriott

I stayed at Royalton Chic Cancun from June 29 to July 3 2025, and this was my fifth time at the property. Once again, the staff made the entire experience unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was met with warm smiles and incredible service. Every team member was welcoming, attentive, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Whatever you need, they’re already one step ahead. Special shoutout to my amazing butlers, Samara and Iran, who took care of every detail—even surprising me with thoughtful touches in my room. Their attention to detail and genuine care made this vacation truly special. Also, I can’t say enough about Alejandro and Carlos at the pool and beach. Whether I was at the VIP pool or relaxing by the ocean, they kept the drinks flowing and made sure I had everything I needed. The food? Delicious. The drinks? Strong and well-crafted. The vibe? Chic, fun, and relaxing all at once. Now for the one downside: Marriott needs to invest in maintaining the property. Before it became a Marriott, the resort was pristine. While the experience is still great, you can tell some areas are overdue for real maintenance—not just paint touch-ups. Scuffs, wear and tear, and small fixes are starting to show, and that takes away from the resort’s overall luxury feel. That said, the staff and service make this place worth returning to—10/10, I will absolutely come back. I just hope Marriott recognizes what a gem this resort is and takes better care of it moving forward.

Amazing experience. The rooms are well stocked and very clean. The check in progress was easy and quick. The food at the buffet and restaurants is excellent. Never a dull moment at the pool. The vibe team keeps everyone else entertained. Alexander was very friendly along with the bar staff. Nightly entertainment was good. Third time here

This resort was excellent. My butler Samara made my experience so much easier with all the help. I would definitely recommend this resort.
