Sandra was the best butler! She always informed us of what was going on. Sent out a message everyday asking if we needed anything booked. Even recommended places of the resort. She got my section at the club booked for me. She made the whole process smooth.

I love this place!! The staff here always goes above an beyond to ensure a fantastic experience! Elmer y Angel are great bartenders! DJ Shadow is the BEST dj!! Fernando and Elena on the hype team make it so much fun all day long! Thank you everyone!(:

The resort was very nice overall... beautiful lobby and common areas... my room was also beautiful and the ocean view was superb! I watched the sunrise every morning from my balcony... very comfortable bed as well... I had come from another resort, and I slept so well at Royalton! Victor, my butler was outstanding! he was always available if I needed anything, and was always happy to help! the food at the restaurants was pretty good... I mean, it's an all-inclusive resort... it cannot be easy to please everyone... but they do a great job. the entertainment staff at the pool was super fun! there is something to do at all times, or just relax and do nothing! The guys, Fernando and Christian are super fun, and entertaining! The girls, Elena and Gissel are super sweet, and lovely! The pool butler Zelma is fantatstic! she set up my chairs, both at the pool and the beach every day, and she is very accommodating. I must say the beach in front of the resort is fantastic, and I was able to swim in the sea each day! if you are looking for a fun, adults only resort... this is the place!

We had such a great time at Royalton Chic. Nightly activities and daily poolside Vibes all week. Our Butler Gilberto was such a pleasure our entire stay, he was there when we checked in and there when we checked out. “G” had breakfast delivered at 6 am prior to us leaving for our excursion to make sure we ate. Set reservations when we hadn’t prepared and sent us daily reminders of the scheduled events each morning. He made sure to find us poolside, each day to check in. Definitely somewhere we will we stay again and request Gilberto. Hunters steak house and Chopsticks are a must!! The Spa, the pools, the beach, entertainment and the staff made for a great trip.

We had a great time at the Royalton chic. The amenities were very nice and the beach did not disappoint. We had a personal Butler named Ricardo that was very accommodating and received great service from the staff throughout. The diamond club benefits are certainly worth it. Highly recommended.
