My wife and I chose Royalton CHIC Cancun to celebrate our honeymoon after hearing great things from family—and it was the best decision we could’ve made. We upgraded to the Diamond Club (because you only honeymoon once!) and it was worth every cent. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. The entire staff was friendly and professional, but the real standout of our stay was our amazing butler, Sandra. Sandra went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. She helped with everything we needed—dinner reservations, special requests, and even surprised us with a romantic private dinner on the beach. It was absolutely magical and one of the highlights of our entire trip. Her attention to detail, kindness, and thoughtfulness made us feel truly special every single day. The resort itself was stunning—gorgeous ocean views, great food, and a relaxing, fun vibe. We felt pampered from start to finish. We will definitely be returning, and we can’t recommend **Royalton CHIC Cancun—and Sandra—**highly enough. If you’re planning a honeymoon or romantic getaway, this is the place.

From the moment you arrive at the Diamond reception, you’re treated like royalty. The service and staff are exceptional, but the highest praise goes to our incredible butlers, Arturo and Marisol. They exceeded all expectations—truly a remarkable team whose dedication and synergy shine through in everything they do. Their genuine attentiveness and daily care made us feel like part of their family. If you’re fortunate enough to have them, treasure the experience—they truly deserve it. We can’t wait to return and will be personally requesting them again!

Gary and Gilbert assisted us through out our stay at the hotel. The other staff were pleasant, courteous and attentive to our inquiries. The checkin and checkout process was personalized. In terms of food, lots of variety both at the buffet and at the restaurant. Pools and beach was great

The service was five star all the way! We stayed in the diamond club level and it was worth the extra expense. Our butlers Victor and Sandra was absolutely the BEST! Kuri, Yoli, Santiago, Rafael, Carlos and Jose also made our stay exceptional. Diego was a great activities director who kept us entertained. Fernando was a great sommelier and provided us with a lot of knowledge and expertise with different wines and tequilas. Our accommodations were very clean and comfortable. We look forward to going back soon!

This was our second time staying at the resort and while we had an awesome time we have 1 complaint. Our room smelled of “smoke” “embers” and left a lasting smelling on our clothes. However, that issue aside we enjoyed ourselves and that staff was very accommodating. We booked the diamond club package which also included the butler service and our butlers were amazing. Arturo and Marisol were extremely engaging and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend requesting them if you can. They made all dinner reservations, spa appointments and checked in when they didn’t see us!
