Wonderful time at the Royalton Chic Cancun. Room was clean & nice selection of restaurants to choose from. Staff was very pleasant & accommodating. Butlers Sandra & Iran were THE BEST!! Very attentive & assisted with anything we needed! They elevated our experience!

It was amazing. The resort was so nice and clean. The staff was very helpful especially Marisol. The food and restaurants are pretty good for an all inclusive resort. Drinks are ok not very strong but you won't notice it as there is alot to do at this place.

Royalton Chic Cancun is a dream of a resort. We spent a week being totally pampered by the resort staff. The room was beautiful and clean every day. The facilities are modern and exciting. The beach area is wonderful. But for us, the best was the service and attention from the staff. Our butlers Ricardo and Alexander took great care of us. The VIBE team provided tons of entertainment. We are looking forward to going back!!!

This was our first stay at a Royalton hotel. We stayed at the Chic and we would definitely recommend it. We upgraded to the Diamond package and were happy we did. Ricardo and Gilbert were our butlers and were in constant contact with us. They were a big help with dinner reservations and answering any questions we had.

Awesome service, great resort, amazing staff! Sandra and Iran were our butlers there and they were so fun and great to work with! The staff at the pool were somewhat standoffish at times but overall, the staff was great. 10 out of 10 recommend this place
