The staff were amazing. I did diamond club and it wasn’t much of a difference but my butlers definitely made it a difference! I had Samara and Sandra and they were the sweetest. Samara helped me put up my birthday decorations and got my flowers/ cake delivery for me! Anytime I needed something they were on top of it! I did the junior suite with ocean view and it was BEAUTIFUL, living room, bigger balcony, view straight towards the beach. It was amazing.

They were awesome and took vety good care of us. A big thank you to Ricatdo, Arturo, Marisol, Rody, Alexandro and so many more who made this trip a great experience.

I have traveled to at least 40 all inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean. This one was one of my least favorite. The good…. Food was edible. The resort was no where near capacity the night prior to checking in there were lots of rooms available. I Checked. Would not give us the room until 3pm. Front desk workers were rude to say the least. Never really found a bartender that we liked. That has never happened. Elevators. A joke is an understatement. They are a mess, stopping at every floor for no reason. This was a cheap all inclusive and it showed. If you like Secrets, Live Aqua, Palace resort type resorts this is NOT it. If you have never been to one of those you will be fine. We took our kids so we thought it was a good option for them but even they were like no thanks! Never again.

Our stay at the Royalton Chic in Cancun was a memorable experience. The atmosphere was electric. Our room was very nice and our view was beautiful. The value and service of our two Butlers, Arturo and Marisol made it one of the most pleasurable vacations. An all around fantastic trip with the best Butler service ever… we wanted for nothing, they took exceptional care of us. Thank you Royalton Chic and thank you so much, Arturo and Marisol. ????

I have been to a lot of Royalton Resorts. This was my favorite so far. I love the fact it's a hotel resort. You dont have to walk a country mile to get to breakfast or the pool. You take the elevator to the 1st floor or 3rd floor. Elevator do they take a little long sometimes yes. Is it a big deal no. There are 5 elevators push both sides and keep it moving. Sip your cocktail while you wait. Relax your rushing for no reason. You dont have to work in the morning lol. The rooms are beautiful. The ocean view is everything you need when you first wake up. The customer service was excellent. We had Diamond Club (get everytime) The drinks where great. Having excess to level 18 was great (even though you have to pay for everything up there) Our butler ?????? Cesar and Diego ARE THE BEST!!!!! They took such GREAT care of us. ANY question/concern they were they to fix. We thought we had a low jack on us at one point. They found us to make sure everything was going good. All around we had ana amazing time.
