My stay at the Royalton CHIC Cancun Diamond Club Presidential Suite was absolutely outstanding, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to our butlers, Luis and Gil. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our vacation was perfect. They were always professional, friendly, attentive, and incredibly responsive. Whether it was helping with restaurant reservations, arranging transportation, fulfilling special requests, or simply checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, they handled everything quickly and with a genuine smile. What impressed me most was how they made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. Their exceptional service, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile truly elevated our stay and made our vacation stress-free and memorable. If you’re staying in the Diamond Club, I hope you’re fortunate enough to have Luis and Gil as your butlers. They are a tremendous asset to the Royalton CHIC Cancun team, and they are a big reason I would gladly return to this resort. Our stay at Royalton CHIC Cancun from June 27 through July 4 was absolutely wonderful and exceeded our expectations for our first trip to Cancun. The resort itself is stunning, situated on a gorgeous stretch of powdery white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. The entire property was impeccably clean and well maintained. Aside from the occasionally slow elevators, everything was in excellent condition. The pools were incredible, and we especially loved the comfortable beach loungers and umbrellas that made it easy to spend entire days relaxing by the ocean. While the resort is beautiful, what truly made our vacation unforgettable was the staff. Every interaction left us feeling genuinely welcomed and appreciated. Our butlers, Gil and Luis, were simply exceptional. They were professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and seemingly everywhere at just the right moment. As first-time visitors to Cancun, we relied on their recommendations and advice throughout our stay, and they never steered us wrong. They worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure every detail of our vacation was perfect, and their kindness and dedication elevated our entire experience. Gil and Luis are huge assets to this hotel! The outstanding service didn't stop there. Alexander from the Vibe Team brought so much energy and enthusiasm to every activity, making each day more fun than the last. Carlos and Eduin at the Diamond Club pool provided outstanding service and somehow managed to keep everyone smiling, even during the hottest afternoons. At the buffet, Abraham and Christopher greeted us like old friends and made every meal feel special through their warmth and genuine hospitality. The food was perhaps the only aspect that didn't completely wow us. It was good, but not quite at the same level as the rest of the experience. Fortunately, the extraordinary service, beautiful resort, endless activities, and incredible atmosphere more than made up for it. This was a magical mother-daughter vacation that we'll remember for years. The people at Royalton CHIC Cancun transformed a beautiful resort into an unforgettable experience. We left with wonderful memories, new friends, and every intention of returning. Thank you to everyone at Royalton CHIC Cancun for making our first visit to Mexico so special. We can't wait to come back!
