Esair, gaspar, Alejandro, Jorge was amazing. I will only stay at this resort because of these guys. Great work keep them working!

The staff were incredible. They couldn’t do enough for you. Esair looked after us so well all week in the diamond club beach area. He made sure we had umbrellas and beds every day!

So I was nervous at first because I'm a cruise girl..everything changed when we got to the diamond club check in..it was my honeymoon as well as husband birthday..they made the special occasions very special Luis and Stef were are butlers and they were beyond amazing..all the little things they did for us made me feel like they really cared and they showed it with action.. communication was excellent of their part as well.. food was great I loved the breakfast restaurant for diamond club they made me a special order every Time I went..if you don't want to party I suggest something more romantic.. they had it all but I'd say it's more of an adult party .. we didn't encounter many issues that were fixable.. no push back on things overall 5 stars
