I had an amazing experience at the Royalton Chic! From the moment we stepped in the door we were greeted by the amazing room division manager, Gabriel. He was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even helping us get restaurant reservations almost every night! I have stayed at a few other resorts in Cancun and can say the buffet here was the best I have encountered by far. There were great options every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The waitstaff there was also incredible! Special shoutout to Leyva, we saw him almost every night and was always happy to see us! I love the number of bar options that the Royalton Chic had. From the pool bar, to the lobby bar, to the third floor “party” bar (Taboo), there were definitely no issues getting tasty cocktails with great service. Carlos at the lobby bar made sure we never went thirsty! ?? Out of all the restaurants at the resort, the Hunter steakhouse was my favorite. Not only did it feel classy and sophisticated, the food was amazing! Our waiter, Miguel, just made our experience 10x better with his friendliness and incredible recommendations. My favorite thing about the Royalton Chic was the amount of events happening on the daily. From workout classes, to pool parties, to beach volleyball, to evening entertainment and after parties, there was truly no way to be bored. Overall I had an amazing experience staying at the Royalton Chic, and the amazing staff there made me feel so welcome and like I was truly living a luxury life. I would recommend this resort to anyone and would 100% stay here again in the future!

I did a lot of research on AI's in Cancun and was very happy with the choice. AI's are risky and can be a bit cattle car feeling - This was anything but. It is fairly small compared to some others but really feels intimate and has everything you need. Absolutely do the "Diamond Level" - do not make the mistake of missing the enhancement over a few dollars difference - It's well worth the upgrade and changes the experience from good to great. Food was good at most of the onsite places. The beach food was limited and I wished for a better selection. Asian place was OK but all others were really well done. Drink selection was very good for Diamond and bartenders were all very accommodating. The Presidential came with a Butler and was a great perk - Rosa was extremely attentive and helped with every aspect of the week, including off-site reservations, transport and resolving any small issues we encountered. Rooms were clean and amply sized. Beds were comfortable and the group was very happy with the general accommodations. The location is the best, since it is walking distance to shopping, great bars, and other nightlife while having a fantastic beach - white sand and crystal clear water. All in all a very solid choice.

Vibe team (Alexander + Diego) were amazing and lots of fun. Ping pong and foot tennis was loads of fun and all the equipment was there for me to enjoy throughout my time here

We had an amazing vacation with our adult children. Gorgeous beach and beautiful resort. The food was very good and service was exceptional. I highly recommend Diamond Club. The butler service was so nice. We had Diego and Luis and greatly appreciated their attention and assistance all week. They did such a great job. We all had so much fun. What a Perfect week!

Amazing experience- Alexander, Diego and Esteban have been really lovely to me and made a very good connection like a friend. I appreciate their work a lot. All of the staff behind the scenes have been great as well. PS. The Table Tennis with Alexander was super fun!
