We had an absolutely fantastic holiday at this amazing hotel in Cancun. Located right on the beach in Cancun's hotel zone. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning with some incredible views of the Carribbean sea. We treated ourselves to the "Diamond club" package, which amongst the benefits it offers, included a butler service. We were assigned the services of two butlers, working in rotation, called Stef and Luis. From the moment we arrived, they provided us with 1st class service and attention, whilst leaving us free to enjoy our holiday. Most of the communication with Stef and Luis came from a WhatsApp group which they set up for us. This allowed us to communicate freely, without taking up much of our holiday time. They sent us a daily schedule of hotel activities and restaurant availability. They took care of our dinner reservations, room provisions, a hotel tour and any amount of questions we had regarding our stay. They also made a point of coming over and saying hello each day, when they saw us around the pool area. They really were amazing. Other benefits of the diamond club package gave us (and other diamond club members) access to a separate beach side pool with swim up bar and also a rooftop bar, called Level 18, which offered stunning views of the beach. There were several restaurants to choose from each evening, with tastes ranging from Asian, Italian, American and of course Mexican. We also enjoyed a gourmet buffet each morning for breakfast, with almost every breakfast option you can think of available. We particularly enjoyed the omelettes made to your requirements in front of you while you wait. There are also several bars to choose from, with the tireless bar staff conjuring up a vast array of cocktails, shots and spirits as well as Dos Equis lager, a popular Mexican beer. Our room itself was immaculately presented. Large in size, with an overhead rainfall shower, twin sinks and a huge double bed. Balcony ( sadly not with a beach view) and a fridge complete with a stocked mini bar. Free room safe also. The service at this hotel was 1st class, and you really are made to feel welcome and valued as a guest. We wouldn't hesitate to return here when we next return to Mexico.

There were 4 of us and we had a Presidential ocean front 2 bedroom suite diamond club. Beautiful room! Our butlers Sandra and Samara were outstanding! We enjoyed the entire resort and the gorgeous beach. Our server Kevin at the pool was wonderful! Every employee was friendly and helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay.

This is an incredible resort and the staff are so so friendly. Big shoutout to Alex and Nelly on the vibe team who are always making sure you’re having a good time. The buffet and Italian restaurant were also incredible. Last but not least, the water and beach are super dreamy. Highly recommend

Vibe team is awesome - shout out to Alexander and Nelly! Loved the pool activities. Food is good at the restaurants. I didn’t enjoy the sports bar - food seemed bland and service wasn’t as good - but this was atypical for the resort overall. Drinks in the sports bar seemed watered down also which was also atypical. Overall great experience.
