All the staff are super friendly and made our stay extra special! the bar staff jorge, carlos and oskar. The entertainment staff Ari, diego and irham are very welcoming and love a chat. I am gluten free and the buffet restaurant staff are knowledgeable and the chef alex prepared me different meals for dinner. The rooms are clean and consistently restocked. Would highly recommend this hotel especially if you like a party vibe

Just got back from a week stay here for my partner and I’s anniversary and we had the most amazing time. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, the food was great, the beach, the pools, and all the activities throughout the day were great as well. Special thanks to our butler, Arturo, for elevating our experience even more! His positive energy and active presence truly made our vacation memorable. He took amazing care of us from check in to check out. Overall, great experience at the Royalton!

We had a amazing time. The staff are all so hard working. Special mention to Santiago at the diamond club pool, Veronica at the buffet and evildan.

Loved this place. Food was good, entertainment was on point and our butler, Arturo was very helpful and attentive.
