Please note the following scheduled maintenance to the main lobby ceiling for Seadust Cancun, effective from now to June 15, 2024.
During this period, certain areas of the lobby will be temporarily closed including the Front Desk, Gym, and Spa. However, please rest assured that the hotel is doing everything in its power to minimize inconvenience and keep disruptions to a minimum. To facilitate a smooth transition during this maintenance period, the following actions have been implemented:
Main Reception: Relocated to the Creperie area. Guests Services will be handled at the Chief Concierge office. A waiting area will be located behind Gelato. Reps’ office, Discova, Photoshop and Car Rental will be located at the office right next to the Concierge.
Hospitality Desk for TA Reps: Will be available at the Midway Bar. Prior appointment required via email with 24 hours' notice. Contacts: Ana.Cisneros@seadustcancun.com and Barbara.Torres@seadustcancun.com
Gym: Will be relocated to the Fun Bar with gym equipment overlooking the sunset side of the property
Spa: Due to possible noise, the spa will be relocated to the 8th floor to take advantage of the spectacular Sunset views that the premium suites provide

My experience was really sad and disappointed, really the pictures and information in your web site is not accurate the hotel is under renovation, the info in your web site you be real and verify. I bought base on the information you put in the website, which i think is from the hotel administration. Since I feel that i was scam since the lack of information inaccurate at your web site. I left the property and didn’t stay the lack of maintenance and all the public areas stains bad odors
Don’t bother. Go somewhere else

The hotel is a 3 star hotel at best but we had several issues during our stay. First, our friends had the cops called on them. The dad stayed for the first 3 nights of the trip and the mom was going to stay the last 3 nights but the front desk refused to let them do this so the dad just tried to leave and catch his flight when several security guard blocked his cab and the police came in force. After several tense minutes a manager came and listened to the situation and let him go. Then we lost hot water to our room and we were told that several hotels in the area didn’t have hot water and it was beyond their control. Of course, I talked to several other guests and they all had hot water. When I confronted the “manager” about the blatant lie, he conceded that some rooms were without hot water but not the whole hotel and definitely not several hotels in the area. When I asked him about what they could do to fix the situation, he offered sparkling water…at an all inclusive resort. Just garbage.
