Avoid the "breakfast" when you get there its a time share they try to sign you up for when you get there its 15 minutes by car and left when someone complained about being there for 3 hours!! We got sick from the sea food and the drinks were fine but the location is beautiful, the cabanas are great to sleep in. Little warm for us but it was a great get away!

Not enough tables at restaurants, not enough golf cars to move people around once we waited for over 45 minutes to leave

Beautiful property! Excellent service from all of the staff! The food was excellent! Live entertainment at times. The beaches are very nice. Can’t wait to go back!

The resort is fine, most people will have a very nice time here, but there are far better alternatives for the same, or nearly the same price, EPM is a perfect example. Overall, the grounds are pretty, nice beach, generally friendly staff, but because there are far better alternatives, we won't be back. Absolutely do NOT upgrade to the preferred club as it is a complete waste of money. The amenities upgrades are almost non-existent, the preferred club is laughable compared to club levels at other hotels, and most importantly for our trip the bali beds in the preferred section of the beach do not have an ocean view. Yes, that is correct, you can't see the ocean because they are pushed back some and there is a sand berm with vegetation between you and the beach. We also had an issue that we were placed in the wrong room category. They agreed it was incorrect but didn't offer an acceptable solution to fix the problem. I've taken the matter up with my credit card.

Jaime - Checked in every morning to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Great customer service and genuinely kind. Isela - Checked in cleaning our room twice a day.
