This was our 3rd time at this resort and it is truly the people that make the whole experience amazing. Edher at the Barefoot Grille is just a wonderful human being that we have had the privilege of seeing every time we have stayed here. Muchas gracias para todos! Luis and Eduardo (Guapo!) at Oceana made each lunch and dinner such a wonderful experience. Maru at the pool treated us like family. She was so genuine and kind. Gracias, Bonita! Truly, everyone we interacted with was beyond helpful and welcoming. The resort is beautiful. The room renovations are great though we were not huge fans of the wet room/bathroom design. We can't wait to return! Thank you for another amazing vacation!

I spent 7 nights here with my girlfriend. One of the nicest resorts I have been to, mostly in part to the staff. I want to give a special shoutout to the golf cart drivers, Juan, Guillermo, and Luis, who always greeted me by my name, and gave recommendations on where to go for dinner or events. Another person that really made our time was a restaurant worker named Masqueto (not sure if I’m spelling that correctly”. He was a server for us at multiple restaurants and always was super cheerful. As a cherry on top, he even sang for my girlfriend while we were eating one night at Ayara.

It was ok. Nice resort. Nice beach. Staff has some kinks to work out. No butler service, so you have to book your own dinner reservations. Not enough space for dinner reservations for everyone. They go fast.

The resort was very nice, however, you must be ready to stand around in the heat and wait on golf cart rides to get to and from dinners and most amenities.

I really enjoyed my stay at Secrets Playa Mujeres. This is my first time at an inclusive resort. The highlight of my day were the dance and aerobics classes in the pool with Elizabeth and her team. Elizabeth has such a positive and contagious energy. Participants worked hard and had fun. Another activity were the classes at 1:00 p.m. I took the reflexology class by Gustavo, Rosa and Bryan. I learned how to massage the hands. The decorating of the sombrero and finger painting on the tile were very engaging and fun. I brought back home a souvenir from the resort. Thank you so much for a memorable experience. I will definitely want to come back to Secrets Playa Mujeres again.
