We stayed preferred ocean front. Room was clean and modern. A/C was hit or miss. Speaking of miss don’t miss-step in the preferred pool on the hidden ledge it’ll take your toes out. Biggest hits was the staff. Amazing bartender in the preferred lounge and at Ki Ki Che. True mixologist who also moonlights at seaside. Go check out Felipe. You won’t be remiss. Also shout out to Daniel the manager who promotes him and allows you to sit for drinks upstairs. Preferred pool employees that were also amazing we got to interact with is Jaime Lagunas (pool conceirge) . Very friendly and helpful. Diana kept our drinks full and herded the cats with ease. Definitely plan to go back but felt preferred was worth the extra expense.

This was truly the best resort I've ever stayed at! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were spotless and luxurious, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and there were so many fun activities to enjoy. Every detail was perfect, making our vacation relaxing and unforgettable. I can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a five-star experience!

Underwhelmed by this resort. Restaurant service is painfully slow. The room and pool were nice. Poolside service was good.

This is my favorite Secrets resort I have been to so far! I loved the setup, and the staff was amazing, and I got to know several of them on a personal level. They all knew me well only a couple of days in. I want to give a shout-out to Jaime Laguna. He was mainly over by the preferred club pool, but he is such a great guy and was so kind and did a lot to help us out. I really enjoyed getting to know him. He even bought me a hat and candy to give as a gift. I also want to give a shout-out to Albin over there as well. Great, funny guy. I highly recommend visiting this resort!!

The resort is peaceful and relaxing. The food was great, and the pool water was so nice and warm. Enjoy every minute of it.
