Could have been better.

Disappointed in the preferred club. I still don’t understand what we got that everyone else did. Our 2nd day all the Bali beds were taken by non preferred club members and when I asked to get one was told it would be additional $100. Basic drinks in mini bar. I thought we would have high end liquor.

A lot of the resort is in serious disrepair and it is desperately in need of the upgrade it is getting next year. We have been coming here since it was built and it is showing its age. Marcela is still the best waitress and Karina is the best UVC rep.

Was an awesome place very great staff and a lot to do. Beach was amazing and the food and drinks were great too!!

Beautiful Beach! Restaurants excellent! Service always wonderful! Staff is so lovely and friendly! I will mention: Jaime- pool concierge, Entertainment team: Felix, Jesus, Antonio, Juan, Andrea, here are more. the staff is fabulous! excellent service. wonderful atmosphere!

This is one of the most beautiful water and beach line. I cannot come up with a thing to complain about. The food very good. entertainment staff were fun and joyful to be around. Samual and Luis the night cart drivers they were courteous and fun to be around. The bartender at the swim up bar made the best drinks. Many thanks to the staff for a wonderful trip.
