Poorly maintained- leaking shower head. Would have preferred walk-in shower. Breakfast was the same every day and the powdered eggs were gross. Quite noisy location but location was the only plus factor in staying here.

Baba, daughter and granddaughter stayed at the Metterra so we could explore Whyte ave. The location is perfect. The room was great. The only complaint is the noise but we knew it would be noisy. The staff is very helpful & nice. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices & tasty. Would definitely stay again

We had an amazing weekend!!!! We enjoyed the customer service: they were great ! From the front desk to Metterra lounge , housekeeping and valet . We loved the complimentary wine at 5:00 and best olives in town ! Our room was perfect after we changed from. King to a King Suite

This hotel was great! The location is fabulous. The rooms are interesting -- they are not just boring boxes. The breakfast, which is included in the price of the room, is very good. However, probably the best thing about this place are the staff. They are all nice and very helpful. James, the night desk person, deserves a mention for being an exceptional star. I highly recommend this place.

I had a very pleasant stay here over a few days. Helpful staff, great location, clean and comfortable. Very walkable area with many restaurants and the breakfast buffet was a welcome way to start the day.I will stay here again when I return to Edmonton.
