“Kindred” was AWESOME!!!

From start to finish Kindred at the front desk made our stay everything!!! With his kindness, warmth and “can do” attitude he aimed to please. It’s all about hospitality and guest experience and kindred excelled in those qualities!!! Our ocean room was gorgeous on the 32nd floor, steakhouse Prime was excellent, great food and cocktails. Very accommodating and staff was super nice and pleasant, Mirella in the Point Royal restaurant was lovely and greeted us every morning with a smile. Overall a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Parking bridge is not available, did not mention that online. There’s noise and construction going on. Also did not mention online. Front desk Stephanie bad attitude and Merslise said she will take care of the parking and I was still charged. After taking showers the floor in the bathroom was soaked, we slipped a couple of times. Had to use our towels to dry the floors, there was so much water leaking out from the shower. Overall will not be coming back.
