I was here managing a group convention and had wonderful service from a number of the staff here. I wanted to highlight them so their management would know. First and foremost Giancarlo from the front desk. Very professional and attentive. Was a incredible help with managing my VIPs and special room needs. And the entire Bell staff who conducted a number of Room deliveries for our gifts. Remy Herero, Colin Schwartz, Juan Palomino, Cesar Borda, Gary Mesina, Julio Bojas. Thank you to all for helping to make our event a success.

Gio, was a great help during my stay at the hotel. Very nice, informative and such a great host! Gio made sure he checked on us every chance he got. I would highly recommend asking for Gio whenever you’re staying at the hotel. He is the best and will take great care of you.
