Beautiful hotel wish had better service

The views are amazing. We had a suite with a balcony, it was nice but not a blow me away kind of suite. The hotel was beautiful and had a lot of restaurants, the food was good but the service was a bit left to be desired. We sat on the patio and had to go inside to be served for food and drinks. Getting our drinks was disappointing as the bartender Lauren had an attitude and was very rude but the other bartender Kat was amazing and very helpful to us.
Thanksgiving Treat

We were presented with a Thanksgiving treat upon arrival for our Cabana Day Passes. Kaykay announced our upgrade to a spacious Cabana that was in a wonderful location & included 3 lounge chairs. Alam, was our attentive server & was kind enough to check in on us at all the right moments. We thank The Diplomat for exceeding our expectations , especially on a holiday!
