Stayed for a week, was there for a conference. I would NEVER stay here again voluntarily! The housekeeping/cleanliness was poor, I don't think they ever cleaned the floors in my room while I was staying there, one day they just forgot to clean the room at all, they never cleaned the coffee service area, and I found a cockroach in my bathroom (14th floor). I know it's Florida but still, gross! Also the towels were scratchy, beds/linens and pillows felt cheap like something you might get at a motel, not good quality at all. My daughter came with me on my trip and got food poisoning from Poki bowl at pool first day, thankfully was <24 hrs of vomiting. Cabana service was slow/almost non existent. Plus side was beautiful pool/beach location and views from room, good gym and yoga instructor, and in general the food servers we had were very nice, but other than that, awful! Guest services was hard to get ahold of b/c they did not answer the phone. Everything cost twice what it should, I don't mind paying if the quality and service match the price, but this was a huge disappointment considering the cost. Big thumbs down.

Great stay. Schedlee gave us the best treatment at the hotel. Great person and great hotel. He made sure we was comfortable and got us a great spot at the beach. He was assisting us with everything and gave us the information we need. The food, drinks, and service was perfect
