This was our first time to grand caymen so we didn't really know what to expect. But the crew at the westin were incredibly helpful. We (my wife) always does a lot of homework prior to our trips, but inevitably, there are always places that we are unsure about. The doormen, especially Thomas, were not only helpful, but seemed genuinely happy to help us. The beaches were clean, the breakfast was delicious and the drinks were cold. Not much else we could ask for.

From the moment I arrived at The Westin Grand Cayman, I was truly impressed. Every staff member I encountered was helpful, accommodating, and genuinely kind. Their warm smiles and engaging attitudes made all the difference — it felt like everyone truly cared about creating a great guest experience. The atmosphere was relaxed yet polished, and the service consistently exceeded expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Grand Cayman.

Super nice place , the best beaches....very clean....Rooms were magnificient ! customer service outstanding..... Outdoor pool was nice, even had a bar in the water with seating....not overly crowed as most people went to the beach 150 feet away.

The rooms themselves were just okay -- definitely pretty but also nothing standout. When we arrived we didn't even have shampoo or conditioner in our room (the bottles were empty) and the cleanliness of the shower was a bit suspect. But, the reason to visit this hotel is the beach and Westin delivers on this. The sand is kept incredibly clear with almost no debris, the sitting area near the ocean is great, and the waters right outside of the hotel are incredibly clear. Additionally, we ordered room service at some point and this was definitely tasty.

Loved our stay at the Westin! Thank you for taking great care of Marriott members! We greatly appreciated the status recognition - breakfast coupons and late check out. Loved being able to use coupons anywhere. Great breakfast options between restaurant and coffee shop. Loved the Açaí bowls. Go early - coffee shop lines get long. Room was pretty standard but pull out couch not very comfy - ok for a kid. Nice shower. Restocked bottled water daily. Nice view from the balcony! Great room service one night! We had a rental car and always found a spot but parking is tight for a jeep! Beautiful lobby, pool and beach! Wow 7 mile beach is a show stopper! Beach chairs were comfy but we loved the beach bed and the hammock cabana! Loved the beach/pool umbrella magic button service! Drinks and food were on point. Great pool bar! Nice sushi dinner.
