COCKROACHES out of control here

Cockroaches out of control here. Especially at night crawling on countertops and in the shower. They were everywhere. Front desk no help. Said would send someone but problem never fixed. At check out told them again and seemed they are not on a spray program here.

my stay here was really good. as a government employee traveling on orders, i loved the fact that they honored the government rate. the koi pond was a nice natural touch to the openness of the property. the staff were very nice and helpful from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. wonderful people. i definitely recommend staying at this location. i definitely will be back.

From the staff, to the accommodations and amenities, the proximity to attractions, we felt so blessed to be staying here!! We usually travel local, and this was far from home, and it was amazing. I always clean when I check into a hotel, and this room was already clean, I was impressed. From warm staff at check in, to help getting our luggage to our room, and welcoming friendly faces, we had the best time. Thank you!!

My family love our stay and so close to the beach. I recommend this hotel. I might stay here again on my next visit.

The suites are spacious and an excellent value. Great location. Convenient parking is a plus. Having a full kitchen is very nice for extended stays. Note that Bishop Museum admission is included!
