Terrible experience . Staff was not welcoming,Terrible attitudes. Not a friendly place especially staying with kids. The rooms were not what we expected,Very dirty and had roaches crawling around. The beds were uncomfortable, feel like they are very old, no support.

Absolutely terrible. Worst staff. Security didn't make it feel safe there at all. There's a video and witnesses of him cussing out a guest in front of the child. Also, he was yelling at his own staff. Very unprofessional and he was reported to the company he works for. The front desk doesn't care about guest either. Very rude. Terrible attitudes. Not a friendly place especially staying with kids. Very dirty. Needs an upgrade. Roach traps inside the units. Elevators don't work sometimes and during the stay a father and daughter were stuck in the elevator for over an hour and they seemed to not care so another guest called the fire department since the hotel Staff didn't the help. Save your money. Overpriced to have a terrible stay.

Central in Waikiki, big separate living+kitchen, very happy with the fully functional 24hour reception. The bed was good, but a bit less comfortable than other stays

We are currently staying here in an apartment with friends. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, has a huge oven and large fridge, microwave, all great for cooking meals. It is very well set up with two double beds and also a convertible sofa in the living for sleeping. Lots of extra bedding and towels supplied, even beach towels. From the balcony we can sit and watch the surfers at Waikiki Beach enjoying a coffee, freshly brewed in our apartments coffee filter machine, magic on a early Hawaiian morning. There is a great swimming pool and 3 hot tubs at the complex, the hot tubs are wonderful after the beach swim. The apartment is a short 4-5 minute walk down to Waikiki beach for the swim. A lovely place to stay with friends or family. Good value if you consider being able to cook own meals and excellent location.

We stayed at this hotel in April 2026. One disadvantage of the hotel is that it is a bit outdated. However, the room was very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions about Waikiki and Honolulu. Our flight was very late in the evening, and we were able to store our luggage in their storage room all day. As a huge bonus, they offer complimentary showers even after check-out. What else could you need for a vacation?
