Blessings Jing was amazing , she is so kind and a happy person. Definitely someone you want to be greeted by in the morning. The entire floor was so clean and professional. My room was more than I could ask she definitely cleans with love . I pray ?? everyone staying gets floor because Definitely a blessed experience.

Great location. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Daily room cleaning is amazing, providing cleans towels and clean room done with care. Pool is lovely and pool towels provided. The gym also provides clean towel to use when exercising. Porters and front desk are always friendly and ready to help.

Everything is new and tidy. Bedroom is spacious (bathroom of the rooms on elevator side is little small). Servers are friendly and helpful. Here I want to specifically thank to room servers Zhikang and Jane. They helped changing bed after my illed son threw up on it in the night. They also provided a lot of useful local information to find proper treatment.

Amazing service! Staff was so friendly and went above and beyond. Anytime I passed by an employee in the hall, there was always a smile on someone’s face. Honestly wish I extended another night. Wanted to give a special shout out to Jessica at the front desk, Josh in utilities, and Sasha in housekeeping! Thank you for all of your hard work!

This was my first time in Hawaii and this hotel is pretty much five minute walk from the beach. It’s also in a very great location where the food market are just down the block. The rooms are very clean and they look new. Guest services were really friendly . We stayed in a one bedroom suite . The only thing is maybe they should replace the mattress in the sofa bed because it’s really uncomfortable.
