Angie!!! Five Star customer service! Very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay at the Paradise Waikiki. Sasha had our room in perfect condition every day. Outstanding.

The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent, only a 5-minute walk from the beach. Above all, Angie at the reception desk was incredibly considerate and kind, and she made my husband and me feel genuinely comfortable during our stay. We hope to stay here again when we return to Waikiki.

Where the Outrigger Paradise Hotel was located in Waikiki, it was central to everything my partner and I wanted to go to! It was walking distance to convince stores, grocery markets, eateries, and most importantly the beach! Everything was within a 5-10 minute walk and easily accessible by foot so there was no need to drive around Waikiki from where we were staying. The room was stayed in was perfect for the two of us as a couples staycation! It was not too small for the two of us with a queen bed and a view of the hotel’s pool. We utilized the lanai for when we just wanted to enjoy the fresh air and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The room was clean with fresh bed sheet, towels, and carpets! We were also able to access our own streaming services on the TV as we could cast our shows on the hotel’s TV. Checking in and out of our hotel was really quick and easy during our one-night stay at the Outrigger. Angie helped us with both checking in and out, and was very helpful in letting us know where certain items and locations were within the hotel. Since we were here on a staycation, she also helped us a lot with parking since we were able to park our car at the hotel and leave it after checking out to explore a little more before leaving Waikiki for the weekend. Thanks Angie! Overall, we had a great time at the Outrigger, and it was worth the value as Kama’aina compared to other hotels. The resort fee was waived, get got our hotel room at a discounted price for Kama’aina, and parking was half the price. I would highly recommend Outrigger Paradise Hotel for kama’aina looking for a weekend getaway, and I would definitely return for future staycations! Mahalo!

The pros first: gorgeously decorated room, comfy bed. The cons: the tiniest bathroom I’ve ever seen, and it was designed in such a way to make it super cumbersome to share with another person. The walls are really thin and we were awakened by other guests and staff outside the room, just by their talking. Finally, we were asked whether we wanted housekeeping on the days we were there. We said yes and yet housekeeping never came, despite us being away from the room till 4pm (without setting “do not disturb)”. Lastly the pool was tiny and we weren’t allowed to try the pools at the other outrigger hotels

Friendly and helpful staff. Isabel our house keeper was always smiling while working and ever ready to assist. Will definitely go back again.
