The dynamic duo at the front desk — Angie & Cassandra! They made check-in & my entire stay a memorable experience. While I was waiting in line enjoying Outrigger’s beautiful lobby, I noticed how incredibly helpful Angie & Cassandra are with guests. When it was my turn, Angie & Cassandra welcomed me with a warm aloha. We exchanged laughs making it a pleasant check-in experience. Seamless & personable! On top of that, my room was clean & luxurious. Perfect location, felt quiet and private, great amenities in the room and pool — great price, great value! Huge mahalo to Angie & Cassandra for the most excellent hotel experience.

Five star for great customer service by Sandon at the pool. He also does an excellent job keeping the pool area meticulously, clean. At this time I’m only rating the pool area.

Excellent stay at Outrigger Waikiki Paradise Hotel. All staff warm and welcoming. Accommodations on point. Shandan provided a beautiful CLEAN AND ORGANIZED pool area. Always kind and helpful!

Mahalo to Outrigger Paradise for helping evacuees from the north shore with kama aina rates & flexible stay options. I have stayed there many times under less dramatic circumstances & it has always been a positive experience. Rooms were comfortable & the staff was exemplary. The hotel is conveniently located in Waikiki, making getting around town easy.

Our family of five loved our stay! We arrived the day after severe storms and the weather and atmosphere were perfect, but we also are thinking of all affected by the storms and will continue to support them and send resources from afar. When we travel, we usually don't book a place in a city, but this experience was amazing. We can't wait to return! The hotel offered linguistic and cultural experiences that we will all hold in our hearts forever, including using la?i to make kupe?e with Mark. Our daughter loved this hands-on cultural lesson and cannot stop thinking about how the tea leaves are used as protection. Mark inspired her to eagerly and independently study as a young elementary student and we just know this will always be an impactful experience for her. Our room was immaculate every single day thanks to Sasha! She greeted us with a smile and kind words; we are so grateful for her and are in awe of how beautiful she made our rooms each day. We were a five-minute walk from the beach and had lots of excellent dining/shopping options. Our whole family enjoyed the pool as well. On our departure day, our flight wasn't until the evening and this hotel's generous staff kindly stored our luggage for us while we visited Kualoa Ranch for the afternoon. Thank you to all! We are grateful for such a wonderful family experience.
