Excellent service! Angie at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and helped make my stay very enjoyable. The hotel is perfectly located near restaurants, shopping centers, and the beach.
Great time at the pool

The pool is very relaxing. Shandan is the man! He helped us to reserve a cabana for the day and was an excellent host. Definitely check out the pool you will not regret it. Thank you outrigger and Shandan for a great experience.
Great location, but lots of city noise

This Hotel is a great location for quick beach, shop, bus and restaurant access. We have stayed here a number of times. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool area is nice. The main problem we found is that you have to realize you are staying in a very noisy city. We stayed 14 nights and never had a full nights sleep because of car noise, and noise from truck backup beepers. Our room looked over the International Market. We daily heard car alarm horns going off. Rooms have very tiny showers and small bathroom sinks. If you don't spend much time in your room during the day and wear ear plugs at night, this Hotel would be great for you.

Over all it was a good experience, nice location and beautiful lobby. Housekeepers are very nice!
