We were in room 1219 and stayed at the Outrigger Waikiki, Angie at the front desk was great, very helpful as were the others on the desk. Also our floor cleaners were excellent. Thanks for making our time there feel welcome

We had an excellent stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Paradise Hotel. The staff, especially Deo, was very attentive to our needs and made sure that our requests were met immediately. The location of our hotel was also ideal since it was a 5-minute walk away from the Duke Statue on Waikiki Beach. There are also 3 ABC Stores that are less than a 5-minute walk away from the hotel, and the International Market is right next door. Overall, I would give our stay a 5/5 in terms of location and service.

Not much to say except we had a roach infested room. First day we saw a roach on the carpet, second day there was one on the shower head and on the bathroom wall. We had to relocate to another room in the second day. Never felt comfortable sleeping after that. Terrible experience.

Brilliant location; amazing, friendly staff and cleaners. Pool area clean and relaxing. Unfortunately there are no utensils/plates/milk etc in room to make tea and coffee or a sandwich for the kids. No guest self serve laundry. Hard when have two young children. Shower temperature is hard to regulate, most of the time its cold. Overall a great place. Would stay here again.

The location is excellent being only a half block off Kalakaua Avenue. The rooms are fresh, nicely decorated, and quite large! I wish they had done a little more with the bathrooms. They're quite small and not enough vanity space. But I can't speak highly enough about housekeeping! Those are some of the hardest working ladies in the state! My girl Julie is excellent! She works so hard and is so kind!
