Our experience at this hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our clean and quiet room with a city view and a surprise partial ocean view from the penthouse. Our housekeeper, Sasha, restocked our supplies and kept the room tidy. At the front desk, Marilou, Jessica, Jenny and Jola were friendly and helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. The location, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and with nearby restaurants, stores and entertainment, was incredible. We didn’t use the swimming pool as it was always busy. We didn’t miss it though, as the ocean water was wonderfully blue and warm throughout our 7-day stay. The only suggestion I would like to make is for the safety box location which was installed in a dark closet and very close to the ground (just a few inches). You will need good knees to be able to access it, and a light. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Outrigger Paradise and we would, definitely, stay here again. Mahalo!

During our stay at the Outrigger Waikiki, we were especially impressed by our housekeeper, Shu Wen. She was incredibly attentive, thorough, and always went above and beyond to make sure our room was spotless and well-stocked. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! We stayed on 18th floor with nice city and partial beach view. The location couldn't be better—it’s within easy walking distance to everything, with nearby beaches that make taking in the surroundings very pleasant. Parking was super easy and convenient to access, which took away a lot of travel stress. A special shoutout to Helen from room service/housekeeping; she is absolute perfection! Our room was consistently spotless, and all our amenities and items were always restocked without us even having to ask. Also, the pool guy, didn't get his name but he was remarkably friendly and courteous every time we saw him. Top-notch hospitality all around, and we would definitely stay here again!"

Our maid, Heng Lan, was wonderful to us. We stayed in room 1118 with our 11 month old baby so the timing between his naps and when she would clean our room was conflicting but she was so friendly and kind to cater to our timing and needs with our baby. She easily worked around us being in the room and would come back later in the day to clean the room for us. She was just kind to us in general and made our stay more welcoming and relaxing. Thank you Heng for making our trip so enjoyable.
