Deo was extremely helpful and courteous. He promptly brought us an extra bed and showed genuine warmth and attentiveness by checking if there was anything else we needed. His service made our stay more comfortable.

The staff were helpful in all areas. Sasha was a good housekeeper. The front desk staff were busy but always genuinely friendly and met all my needs.

This the 4th year that we’ve been coming here and each year gets better and better The front desk staff is friendly and upon our check in, Marilou got us a comfortable room at the Penthouse level with a good view of the area and the beach. The fitness and pool area has been remodeled and user friendly, other than tiles around the pool that still needs some resurfacing to prevent any slippages and potential falls/injuries. Shandan, the pool fitness employee always makes sure the area is clean and accessible for all hotel guest. He does his best each time we’re down by the fitness area. Our room was cleaned and bed made daily by our great housekeeper, Sasha who made sure supplies were ready available each day. Staying here makes our vacation less hectic because everything is within walking distance. There’s even a Target just a half block away that makes shopping a breeze. We’ll be back next year for another stay.

We stayed for four nights. Room prices were reasonable for the amenities and location. You are a 3 -5 min walk from the beach. You can take towels anywhere. Pool is beautiful. Whole place is very clean. Service is excellent. Views are lovely. It is worth saving the extra money to stay a tiny bit off the beach, in my opinion.

Nice staff. Room smells like cigarettes smoked in Y2K. Hair trimmings on the sink. Took a towel to the beach from the room. The beach smelled like cigarettes from 25 years ago (yes, it's the towel). I understand this place isn't expensive. But the reviews are over 9. Why? I've stayed in ~40 hotels this year. This one is the bottom of the barrel. Honestly a motel in Loveland Colorado is nicer. Location is good. But it's time to spend some money, capex. Management , hello? And hair trimmings on the sink. I mean it's gross right? Trying to ignore the signs. There are so many signs.
