Loved our latest stay at the Outrigger Paradise. The recent renovations are amazing especially the open air lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful like always. Special shoutout to our new Hawaiian friend Shandon in the pool and fitness area. Really made my wife and I feel welcome. Will definitely come back again.

Our family had a wonderful weeklong stay over Thanksgiving at the Outrigger Paradise, we really liked the location, close to food, shopping, the beach, and everything else Waikiki has to offer. Our room was quiet, spacious, kept very clean daily, and the staff were all very friendly and courteous. The bell staff and front desk staff that greeted us and helped us throughout and at the end of our stay were professional and quick, the housekeeping staff including Helen on our floor were always friendly, responsive, available, and frictionless. We also had consistently great experiences with Shandan at the pool, he was very helpful with orienting us to the pool and fitness center, helping us with towels, chairs, cabanas, and anything else we needed. We truly felt right at home with the staff, which is not something we go out of our way to say very often.

Stayed at this location many, many times before. Always loved it's closeness to the beach shops buses etc but it's been renovated since I was last there in 2019 and although it is beautiful, it has lost its Hawaiian charm. Looks very generic now. Noise from the massive tall building going on in the front of the hotel was relentless and was heaven when the building crew clocked off. The room was big, spacious, clean but a bit sparse of the personal touch. They use to give you more amenities such as shower caps, sewing kits, slippers,maybe even better soap etc. Overall enjoyed my holiday but felt I was just another body staying at the hotel, no personal touches anymore which is a pity.

I normally don’t share reviews but felt like we needed to after our most recent stay. What began with a few challenges quickly became a reminder of why the Outrigger brand is so highly regarded. Our family is grateful for the incredible care and hospitality we experienced during our stay. From the first aloha to the last mahalo, every interaction with the team has shown genuine warmth, professionalism, and a sincere desire to make our stay as comfortable as possible—especially with our 11-month-old. We felt truly supported, heard, and cared for throughout the entire experience. A special heartfelt thank-you to the manager, who demonstrated exceptional empathy, patience, and dedication. Her kindness and thoughtful approach made such a positive difference for us. Her efforts spoke volumes about the level of service her and her team strive for, and we were genuinely touched by the effort. We left Hawaii with wonderful memories, and the transformation of our stay into something so positive is entirely due to the dedication and heart of the team. Because of this, we would be more than happy to stay with Outrigger Waikiki again in the future. Mahalo nui loa for making our time here feel special.
