Aloha, Angie at the front desk went above and beyond the call of duty. She is a great person with a wonderful mana. We also enjoyed the renovations around the hotel. The decor and overall ambiance was uplifting and pleasant to behold. Very modern feel Mahalo

I had the best visit and it was in large part to the amazing people here. First I was traveling alone for a race and needed some extra attention. I got it! I arrived tired and was registered and into my room really quickly. The desk staff was lovely. When I wandered down the next morning the desk staff got me organized and off to try poi donuts. Then got me to and from the race expo without getting lost. They learned what I liked to eat so several times they knew I’d be coming so they were ready with recommendations and written directions. The staff was up and ready to help the racers get to the starting line and were ready for us when we got back. The staff met all my needs! My new desk friend zipped up my onsie and sent me surfing with a towel. There was a pool and it was clean and accessible with plenty of chairs and towels. Free wi-fi was strong not slow. About my room it was perfect and clean had a balcony. There was a bed and sofa. It had a usable refrigerator for my leftovers. The housekeeper was always checking to see if I needed anything. I will be going back… as a matter of fact they remember return guests to make future stays even better.

To whom my concern I stayed there for sex nights. The front desk and the hotel was OK but the cleaning crew, especially MEI LIN who made me feel welcome. She had my room looking and feeling clean every time I came back from my activities. So thank you again MEI LIN.

Again, an excellent stay. It was nice that Tracy (front desk) remembered us from last year, and Joyce (housekeeping) kept the room spotless! Liked the access to the beach (5 min walk) and all the activities and shopping in Kalakaua. The renovations being completed are very nice and inviting and we are looking forward to another visit next year. Thanx

Love the aesthetic, feels very modern, staff are very professional and friendly and helped us whenever we needed it and kept our room very clean throughout. Nice little touches like a coffee table book about leis in our room. Marilou runs a tight ship with a smile
