Theft of property from my own room. Staff should be ashamed of themselves.

Their service staff walked out of my room with my $1100.00 earrings. Security department and Chargerback are both a joke. No one has provided my property or compensation and that is absolutely unacceptable. 0/0 stars, stay anywhere else.
Great stay

You have to consider the price of this hotel along with what is offered at other hotels. When we checked in we got very good service which doesn’t always happen elsewhere. We got a room on 63rd floor facing north so it would be quiet although next to the lifts was not ideal. The room was great and up to its usual standard which is good as they must do a lot to make sure it’s maintain which other hotels don’t do. The bed is very comfy and not too soft and the bathroom is luxurious. I would say that the air con was a little temperamental as at some points late at night it didn’t seem to be doing as much and given the heat it made it a little uncomfortable. The truth if a lot of hotels cater to people who are in and out and don’t care about your stay, but this hotel does realise that people have return stays like us so it’s important to make sure it’s right. I would say though that after paying the resort fee it’s really cheeky to have to pay extra for an umbrella at the pool! The restaurants were better at the wynn except the jardin was lovely. Don’t bother with Sinatra’s

Beautiful resort! Lots to see and do without leaving the property. Nice to have a separate pool for adults only. Food was amazing. I did not like that the room fridge was not for guest personal use. The stocked items came with a hefty price tag! (Ex. bottle water, can soda $10 each). With those prices they could have splurged on better toilet paper. It was the cheapest quality I have ever seen.
Issues With Service

I was extremely disappointed that I was unable to purchase a day pass for the spa to use the cold plunge and sauna. For a hotel that charges $800 + per night there should not be capacity issues at the spa. Additionally, the service at the pool really left something to be desired. This hotel is high end, and the service and my experience didn’t reflect this or the price point. Disappointing
Value is gone in Vegas

Some of the best rooms on the strip. Very large with great laptop device to control everything at the push of a button. Very clean and the staff was friendly. This stay would have been perfect except the prices in Las Vegas that are out of whack. Lunch should not be $62 for pizza and a soda, while sharing onion rings or a Reuban for $29. Adding French fries in Jardin cost $11 and coffee is $6. That's banquet pricing in a restaurant. And a $40 resort fee is simply abusive, especially since you can't use the refrigerator in your room without a fine as it is filled with merchandise for sale. There should also be live table games that are less than $25 per hand, especially during the weekday. Seems like a money grab so I'll stick closer to home by visiting Choctaw Casino in Oklahoma instead as most Texans do. You are going to kill the goose that laid the golden goose. I make a moderate income but can't afford to lose $3200 on table games whose odds and payouts that are ever leaning towards the house.
