Encore/Wynn always delivers. Our favorite for a staycation, although there was room for improvement this time around. Room was not ready even though we paid for an early check in. Drink/food service at the pool is abysmal. But the rooms are lovely and comfortable, we had an amazing view of the Sphere, it was fun to watch it change with a nightcap before going to sleep. Bathrooms are very roomy with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Husband loves to play golf there, expensive but worth it. The golf course is gorgeous. Will continue coming back.

Beautiful hotel until you try to sleep on a Wednesday night when from 10pm until after 2:30am you hear the electric beat music pounding sound da all night long. For as much as they charge you really need to fix. Not relaxing and quite frustrating

We had super high expectations of the Tower Suites and their Private Access services. Unfortunately, those expectations were not even close to being met. The room was beautiful but the service through the Tower Suites was some of the poorest we have ever received. We were told in advance that our room would be ready at noon and we confirmed this. We ended up waiting in the lobby for close to 2 hours waiting, after being told several times that it would only be a few minutes. The staff at the Tower Suites has been dismissive and rude and they could obviously care less if we have a good stay or not. I’m the upside, the spa was wonderful and my massage therapist was outstanding. We also got exceptional service from a manager at the buffet who was wonderful. The Wynn is a beautiful hotel with subpar service and very little concern for their patrons.

This was second time at the Encore this year. We usually stay at The Wynn but The Encore ran a special so we switched. We were notified about the noise from the nightclub but it would just be for our first night. Well holy cow , it was loud and thumping, but we were warned. Next time I will ask to for a different room. All was great the next few days until our last evening. We decided to visit the piano bar and listen to music. We were one of the first to sit, the sign outside said to Please be seated— so no hostess. We got comfortable in a nice area near the pianos and our waitress made us move because we sat at a 4 top and there were only two of us and it would be crowded so she wanted us to maximize the seating. So she moved us way to the back. She took our drink order and then proceeded to take more drink orders. She then allowed two different couples to sit at the 4 top tables. When we told her she said she knew but the hostess allowed it. We told her there was no hostess when we sat and the sign said to please Be Seated when we first arrived. My husband was trying to be nice but he is really aggravated. We asked for some compensation but as I sit And write this review when I should be enjoying the mucus it has been 40 minutes since she we last spoke to our waitress. She is avoiding us. Very rude. Very disappointed in my last night here.

This is an impressive hotel with vast views , incredible decor and it's spotlessly clean. We loved the beds and the size of our room and the bathroom was huge the reason we've given it a 4 is for those mentioned. What I found shocking was the customer service or lack there of. Some of the ladies on reception were very rude and dismissive. Whilst I'm aware tips are regularly expected I did feel here it was a little too pushed and if you didn't tip then it was made very uncomfortable. I do not know why such a lucrative hotel pays a wage that still requires staff to live off tips. Cleaning staff however were lovely and polite
