Check-in lines are long, staff is not very friendly, and rooms are average at best. More agents are needed to work the front desk. And the agents that are there with customer Service training.

This is my 5th stay at the Mandalay Bay. This trip was as good as the rest. I did VIP arrival it was worth every penny. The drivers were GREAT. Maria from VIP met us . My niece remembered Maria from a previous visit, man does she give great customer service. Anjuli was beyond great she was friendly and inviting . VIP has great snacks and beverages. This time we tried the Mediterranean restaurant and it was delicious. We also ate at Strip Steak for the second time. Gambling was fun. It’s on the south end of the strip so you get pretty good rates for a nice hotel. It’s easy walk to other hotels and perfect for an event at Allegiant stadium. I’ve never had

When booked a reservation we were offered $100 food and beverage credit after check-in. They also gave us another additional $50 food and beverage credit because they did not have my room type available. Only to find out after checkout they didn’t apply any of the credit credits to our account . They’ll screw up your billing and never help you with fixing it. check in and check out process is painful and it seems they want it that way so they could take advantage of their customers.

The room seemed outdated, and overall not what I would expect from such a resort. Felt like the room had not been prepared for guests. The best part was the location to the stadium. We were told not to touch anything in the fridge unless we wanted to pay for it, as everything had sensors, and so there was nowhere to store our own food/drinks. Would not recommend unless attending an event at the stadium.

The staff was friendly and helpful and I had an awesome weekend with my sister. We attended a Raiders game and watched other games at Flanker Sport Bar and Kitchen.
