Charging Resort Fee Twice

Faisal6360 (Rawalpindi, Pakistan) on Oct 26, 2024

You have charged the resort fee twice for Room 5302, once while booking $88.44 and again in the final bill $ 102 ( 45+45+6.02+6.02) why? This extra charge should have been explained in the booking or during the check out. The bathroom left Sink and shower drains are blocked.

Do not stay here- no fridge in rooms, poor housekeeping, not family friendly

Mobile20650348222 on Oct 26, 2024

For over 200$ this was going to be my relaxing splurge to a long vacation. Long story short: The rooms are not clean, NO Fridge, over priced for the nickle and dime atmosphere. Full story: - parking garage far from lobby (about 10-15 minute walk) - food court food (subway, Johnny rockets) costs 17$ to 25$. Not a cheap option like it sounds. Very far from lobby. - pool closes at 6pm. Lazy river was closed at 3pm so I couldn't experience it. - wave pool, very small 1 wave every 2 to 3 minutes. Not a real wave pool. You can only go in the lower 1/3. The rest is roped off. - tub had a huge hair ring. Was looking forward to a bath after cold pool but that was gross! The bathroom wall also had stains from not being wiped down. Pictures did not come out well but I will work to post the video. - front switched out room and gave me a 100$ credit but still insisted the cleaning crew cleans the rooms. The bathtub in the second room still had soap scum in bath tub :( - fridge is NOT a fridge but a mini bar. If you open you are charged. If you store something you are charged! You must ask for a personal fridge at an additional charge. I had leftovers and creamer I brought that were wasted because of this. This also means NO in room coffee because you have to pay to use the cups on the mini bar counter that have the coffee pods in them. If you have medical needs do NOT count on this. Luckily I have a portable small medicine cooler for my insulin. - rooms are noisy. On the 58th floor and I can hear planes I think? It's 10pm :( Do not stay here for the price. If it was 100$ maybe but you expect a certain quality for 200 plus a night and this was giving super 8 energy :(

Nice but too remote. The housekeeper

DayTrip64241223740 on Oct 26, 2024

The front desk guy that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating and the room was nice. The housekeeper was great and very consistent with the time she cleaned the room each day. Unfortunately the resort is too remote and I was surprised at how poorly equipped the gym was.

Mystery Charges

N967JAdaniellel on Oct 26, 2024

Rooms were nice but a bit older. Hotel itself was pretty but Make sure you check you charges before you check out and get a copy because they might charge you for random things like meals at restaurants you have never been to., and then seem annoyed when you bring it to staffs attention.

Great Stay!

577SusanH (Tacoma, Washington) on Oct 26, 2024

Really enjoyed our stay here. We had a strip view king room and it was wonderful. We were on the 15th floor and with our floor to ceiling widows, the view was great. Checking in was easy and the parking garage was also easy to navigate and park our dually pickup truck even though the ceiling looked low, we cleared everything fine. Mandalay is on the far end of the strip, but they have a tram that will take you to the Luxor and then on to The Excalibur. From there you can walk to Park MGM and take another tram all the way to the Bellagio. The trams run often and are free. We are anxious to return!
