A comfortable fun place to enjoy Vegas!

Stayed at the Mandalay Bay earlier this week and had a fabulous time! Check in did take about 45 minutes. Our room was clean but the bathroom definitely could have been cleaner. Lots of hair in the shower and tub when we arrived, and the toilet had not been cleaned. In room is coffee for purchase and a mini bar for purchase. There is not a fridge for personal use. The room was very spacious and had two closets which was perfect. You can hear everything from the rooms around you. We could hear every word said by the people in the room next to us. One night our next door neighbors played music partying until 4am. And you can hear people in the hallway all night long. The bathtub was super nice!! On the resort property we enjoyed the cardio center. The Moorea pool was open but was very very crowded, it was difficult to get a chair or swim. The restaurants on site are pretty good and you can easily hit the strip for more choices. A great stay and I would stay here again.
Nice hotel, undesirable location on the strip.

There’s nothing wrong with the Mandalay Bay hotel. It’s nice, clean and spacious. But because we went in December we were unaware that the whole reason we booked that hotel was not available— their award winning pool/lazy river and beach area. Without these awesome features, there’s no reason to stay there. Reason being, it’s the last hotel on the north end of the strip. So most of the time we had to spend extra $$$ taking Ubers to get anywhere. If we were located more centrally on the strip you just walk out your door and are in the heart of everything. Thanks to our travel agent @Trip Guy Travel we had an easy arrival and smooth trip otherwise. We loved Las Vegas and all the fun it had to offer. The other hotels were jam packed so the nice part about Mandalay Bay was it was less crowded. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel but the location is less desirable if you’re looking to be in the heart of the action of the strip.
This stay for this week was a false and poorly manage week!

The hotel was a mirage. The customer service from the cleaning staff was terrible! The customer service from the hotel and the management was terribly poor! The whole stay for one week was a Band-Aid cover-up job! Don’t be fooled by the beautiful façade! The management is only concerned with making a profit and not taking care of cleanliest and hospitality and the best manner during this day!
The best Las Vegas Strip hotel there is!

The room was spectacular with plenty of room. The restaurants were delicious, the White Truffles at Carama were out of this world. The wait staff and manager were so helpful and kind we canceled reservations elsewhere and ate there again. We loved the vacation and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly.
Convention Center Review

This review is for the convention center. The area was clean and had seats along the walls for people to sit and relax. The food court (although a little pricey) was convenient for grabbing a quick bite. As you walk towards the convention center, there is a view of the pool area. In the winter, not much to see since the pools are covered and it's not operational. Kudos for cleanliness and accessibility. We went for a cheerleading competition, and this was one of the nicer venues we have been to. I was glad they allowed backpacks inside the venue.
