Thank you Wilbur , Tori & team (miss you Sparkles) December 2025 First let me thank Tori & especially Wilbur , both for how they receive guests (and other employees) . Very kind fair people . Most people I meet are the same here . They made it easier for me to return . I really appreciate the spa team & my cleaning person for my room . I really enjoy the spa services too , so thank you Miss Jenny , Duck , the girls at the spa front desk , the guys that keep the spa clean & Nop , my favorite massage therapist , they are great with all services ! Enjoy ! Thanks again to Jenny & Wilbur for handling the issue , hope all is resolved now . Wilbur , you're the best ! I truly love all of y'all ?? Happy Holidays , see y'all soon ??

Perfect solo trip

I went on a solo trip to Vegas for 3 days and stayed at Mandalay Bay. I had such a great time. The room was huge, giant bathtub, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good food, and a nice smell when I walked into the building. I will definitely be coming back.

Booby-trapped snacks, non-private bathroom doors, fridge you cannot use.

Absurd policies on not being able to use the mini-fridge to keep my sandwich cold ($50 fee if you do), and snacks that'll trap you for hundreds of dollars if you bump them out of position! Want to get them removed so accidents don't get ya'? .... That'll cost you another $50 to have those traps removed. Wife has Alzheimer's. Told her not to touch the food, but she forgets and wants to just pick them up and read what's on the labels. Had to call front desk. Too stressful! The room in general was good, but the bathroom bi-doors still had a gap when closed ... so not private! This food and fridge made the entire experience awful and will never stay there again.

Relaxing Solo Trip

Fun, spacious, great food. Went alone. Hit several handpays the first night, not so much on the second night. I've been to Mandalay several times and this time had the best waitress service while playing slots. Ate at Steip Steak, which was delicious and the courses came out promptly. Will return.

Freezing cold or scalding hot water; no in between. Hair left behind in the bath tub from the previous tenants. No mini fridge, so if you have insulin, other refrigerated medications or breastmilk, you will need to provide your own mini-fridge; otherwise, you have to pay a $65 fee to use the mini fridge in the room. The pricing on the mini fridge do not match the prices listed online when you scan the QR code. The items on the countertop are also motion-sensored and you will be charged if you touch them. Micro-transaction nightmare. The hotel star ranking system is not the same in Vegas as it is with the rest of the world. Our stay resembled more of a 3-star hotel at best. I would consider it 2-star compared to some of the places 3-star places I have stayed in Europe. The rooms didn't smell like stale cigarettes, and our sheets were clean. This seems to be an issue at some other Vegas resorts our colleagues stayed at.
