Just gross. Being a Bonvoy member will not be applied if you don't book through Bonvoy. Room service did not wash the sheets. Super gross!

This was a very nice, clean hotel. I stayed at a couple of other hotels in Vegas this week and this one was the nicest. Lots of food choices within the hotel, and it is close to many points of interest.

We love the Park MGM for it's classic design, chill pools, wonderful selection of restaurants, and non-smoking atmosphere. Great location to explore all that Las Vegas has to offer.

I thought the location and general amenities at the hotel were good. The deuce bus stops right outside and its easy to navigate around. My room was 'ok'. Quite basic and rough around the edges. There is no fridge to keep drinks cold, which is a shame. The bathroom was nice and big and clean. My only gripe really was that my room had a connecting door to another room. As a solo traveller I didn't like that and it made me feel quite nervous. There was no soundproofing what-so-ever and I could literally hear every conversation my neighbours had. Thankfully they had a similar bedtime/waking time as me, so my sleep wasn't disturbed. Otherwise I would have complained. I would have preferred a room to myself (it did feel like i was sharing), but i wasn't prepared to pay more money. I have a video of the noise level, but it looks like I can't share it. It wouldn't put me off staying again however.

The resort is amazing when it comes to restaurants and the non-smoking environment. But, if you stay in the room we did, don't count on any sleep! Lol. For the price you pay, you don't expect some of the thinnest walls in Vegas. We didn't have extremely loud neighbors, just a nice family that I now know absolutely everything about. Just wish they would have departed for their vacation to South Florida they were all excited about a couple of days sooner so I could have gotten a little more sleep after some Vegas activities. :-)
