We stayed two nights in the Park MGM. Our room was on the 4th floor, with a view on New York New York, the arena and Mandalay Bay. Self-check in was easy, we had the room keys around 30 minutes before the official check in time, which we appreciated. Some tips and tops: + Spacious room + Good location on the southern part of the strip and an indoor passage to the Aria + Multiple pools + 24 hour gym +Friendly staff - Pool felt a bit cold

It’s a good hotel but not the greatest it was quiet but the casino was loud and the payouts were horrible. I probably would choose the Conrad Hilton next time it’s not owned by MGM properties. I am not a fan of the MGM properties. The staff was excellent the Italy had good food but it was pricey the pizza wasn’t that great. I will have to dig deeper to look into the Conrad Hilton as I am a Hilton’s card members and probably would have been treated with a nicer view of the strip.

Hank at Park MGM turned an ordinary morning into one of the highlights of our stay. He stopped to chat with us, shared some great information about Eataly, and was genuinely kind, welcoming, and easy to talk to. What really stood out wasn't just the thoughtful hotel perks and goodies he surprised us with, but the way he made us feel. He took a few minutes to connect with us, and that level of genuine hospitality is something you don't forget. Hank is a wonderful example of the kind of people who make Park MGM such a great place to stay. Thank you for starting our day with kindness and making us feel so welcome!

My family/friends and I always stay here now for our Vegas trips. Always such a great experience, no complaints at all so far. Also, love the smell that the hotel has when you walk in.

No outlets right by the bed. Dresser is in closet. No refrigerator in room. Cocktail service in high limit salon was not attentive nor accurate. Folio upon checkout is incomplete. They charged my credit card twice, but they provide no record of for what.
