Tired of paying resort fees for things I do not ever use!

Used to travel into Las Vegas 3-4 times a year. Now. just once a year due to Resort Fees!
I like the rooms and the non-smoking environment. Not the staff.

Staff were completely indifferent to additional needs of extending for a day. Extending a day was a nightmare. Ended up getting locked out of my room and then eventually getting a new key card to get in. VIP staff were indifferent. Appears the cleaning staff threw my hat away that I accidentally left there. Called back to try to get it. Pretty sure I got a half-baked effort to find it.

Worst hotel experience we've ever had. After the first night, we had to switch rooms because the shower leaked all night and made constant noise, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Then, on our last day, despite requesting housekeeping, our room was never cleaned. I had to contact the manager again to have someone come clean the room around 9:00 PM, right at my kids' bedtime. We had to wait until nearly 10:00 PM for the room to be ready before they could go to bed. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.
THERE WAS A GIANT COCKROACH in my room and I had to kill it and dispose of it myself - do not stay here.
