In the middle of everything

The Park MGM is right in the middle of everything, so the location is fantastic. I had a business trip that involved the T-Mobile Arena and it was literally across the street from the place. Check in was good, even though you don't talk to anybody. You basically scan your own card off of a tablet and you're all set. The rooms are a little confusing to get too and my room was at the end of a very, very, very long hallway. Once inside, it was a very nice and clean room. I thought the bed was comfortable and everything else was in place. My view of the strip was nice. Everything is right there for you, like Starbucks, food cart, gift shop, casino, Eataly, and so on. Nothing, not even water, is cheap so be aware of that. Can't say much about the staff because I didn't interact with any of them except at the door. If you can, I would recommend here.
Is it worth it?

Pretty basic strip hotel. Honestly, the price is for a small family are absolutely outrageous. $17 for a slice of pizza, $25 for a Cabernet glass. I even paid $50 for a late check out.

Perfect location. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Jennea at the front desk was very kind and super helpful. She made checking in a breeze. I plan to stay during future visits.

My experience was awful I have gone to the MGM before to visit Las Vegas. This time I had booked a room but had troubles and called tk get questions. The receptionist who answered was a young woman but she gave me the worst service. Valeria the receptionist was unprofessional getting frustrated with simple questions I had asked. Unfortunately the experience was awful I don’t plan to come back here.
