Great experience for my mom's 91st birthday especially since the casino is non- smoking. We have been there a few times and always enjoy the time away from work.

The hotel is located in a prime location for shopping and eateries! I felt very safe and comfortable throughout the stay. The room was cozy and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Great hotel and casino! Rooms a little outdated but still a great experience! The restaurants inside are WONDERFUL (Eataly, Bavette's and Best Friend) and delicious! Will definitely stay here again!
Bad concierge

Although I was not a guest at this hotel, when I called with concerns about an issue I had at Dolby Live whom I associate with Park mgm , The concierge was totally rude … very weak individuals .. they can’t handle conflict and so not know how to deal with it in an efficient manner .. very disappointing

Good value and offered reasonable comps - nice selection of restaurants and bars. Good rewards and helpful staff. The rooms are nice and great shower in the Nighthawk suite.
