Always great to stay at the Venetian resort. The service, the staff, the rooms, the view, and the food are all fantastic! You just can’t go wrong at this property!

If you plan on visiting Las Vegas, make sure you plan on staying at Venetian/Palazzo. It has it all, nightlife, food, drinks and great security

This was our first time to the Palazzo, but I'd stayed at the Venetian before. Great hotel. Large, quiet rooms, comfortable bed, good shower. Sean at the front desk was fantastic, he facilitated my girlfriend's birthday arrangements to a T. All staff that we ran into were very nice. We did find that a couple of areas in the room weren't completely cleaned when we first arrived, but upon reporting these issues, the staff quickly took care of everything. Also, the hotel doesn't have water refilling stations anywhere (aside from the bathroom sink), though they offer small complimentary water bottles upon request at the front desk. Nothing ruined the stay. Strong recommend overall, especially if you're in town for a show at the Sphere which is accessible via indoor walkway from the Venetian casino. We had good meals at the Yardbird and Chica restaurants, and the Shin Lin show was great.

I had the worst customer service experience at the Palazzo Hotel in Las Vegas. They canceled my 4-night reservation simply because I arrived a day late, and initially refused to issue a refund. I only received a room after insisting on a refund for the remaining three nights. Even then, my troubles didn’t end. The so-called “partial Sphere view” requires you to press your face against the window just to get a glimpse of it, which is extremely disappointing. This feels like a money-hungry, careless approach to customer service. Overall, this hotel treats guests unfairly and does not prioritize basic hospitality. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here.

We went to a concert at the Sphere. It happened to be really cold and raining in Vegas and having our stay at the Palazzo at the Venetian Resort was awesome. Being connected to the Sphere meant not having to wear big coat or rain gear to venue. We booked a restaurant that night after concert and was also super convenient and delicious. If you are planning on going to the Sphere, it is a must! The concert was amazing, sounds and visuals out of this world! Staying on the Venetian Resort was a bonus and so enjoyable. Suites are gorgeous and clean!
