The Palazzo is a fantastic destination to relax and have fun. Top notch Staff throughout the establishment. The Palazzo is always my first choice in Hotel Casino stays. I only go elsewhere if they are sold out and can't find a room for me. Even if I stay elsewhere, I still spend 90% of my gambling time in the Palazzo High Limit Slot room.

Awesome time during thanksgiving break with family. Thank you Robert Gonzalez and Palazzo, it was a great experience for my kids to spend thanksgiving in Las Vegas with Venitian and Palazzo Resort. I recommend for all to take family. It sure is no disappointment!!!

We had an incredible family vacation out there! We never had to leave the resort. Everything we needed with great options for all - including our child. We can't wait go back for some R&R - great food - world class spa - and exceptional restaurants!

We had a nice week at the Palazzo and enjoyed most of our time. Our check in was beyond expectations and we loved dining at the hotel restaurants (such as Milos) the club lounge was also very convenient and we enjoyed spending time with amazing employees there. Unfortunately there were two very negative interactions with staff that left us a bitter taste and we believe they must be a better training offered by the hotel management.

We are utterly disgusted with the service that was given to us after theft took place during a room move. They guaranteed all stuff would be moved for us, we accidentally left all of my partner’s tops )12 in total, zip jackets and 2 Apple chargers and adaptors in the room. This happened on the first day of our wedding weekend. We reported this to reception and spent HOURS and hours of our short trip going from security to reception to security. Our stuff was gone!! This made us so stressed and upset as we were getting married and needed our clothes. Firstly we said can we borrow/ get a charger and were told to buy a new one…..and then had to purchase new clothes as no one was telling us where our clothes were. The value of items was in excess of £1300!!!! We have filed an online police report as we got no where with the hotel. I cannot believe a hotel like this has such a ridiculous policy…my wedding weekend was ruined!
