Was charged for 8 items in fridge and we don’t drink. Moved drinks to put milk for my kids cereal & out everything back

DO NOT MOVE A ITEM IN THE FRIDGE OR CABINET. They will charge u just for looking at it and will not even go to the room to check. Stayed 4 days in a suite 40722 from 7/15/24 to 7/19/24

Parking not free anymore

koryb942 on Jul 19, 2024

Hotel is in a great location. It’s easy to get in and out of with a car. Easy access to 15. We have stayed here a few times. There were three of us and the room works great if you have an extra person. Down side is they now charge for parking like all the other hotels. It is nice all parking is underground. It was mid week so after 3 it was easy to find a chair at the pool.

Perfect Hotel and Stay.

Absolutely stunning hotel. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Rooms are massive. Plenty of storage and room for 2 people. Has 2 tvs. One for the bed and one for the sitting area. Bathroom is gigantic and has a huge bath and shower. Best power shower I have ever had by the way. 2 sinks and a joining toilet. Bed is huge. Could fit 3 grown men with some spare room. The air-conditioning is spot on and kept us cool the whole time as we were here in mid 40s heat. Didn't touch the mini bar as I am no fool. Has all you need. Dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries, iron, hair dryer etc. The only thing I would say is missing is a mini fridge to keep things in that you got from the Walgreens near by the hotel. Unless I have missed it as these rooms are big. The rooms are completely sound proof. Slept like a baby every night. Didn't hear anyone in the corridors or next door. The location is great. Is about a half hr walk to the Ballagio and half hour walk to the Sahara. Both of these and all in between are where the best shows are and pick ups for day tours. The shops and food courts in the Palazzo/Venetian are great. Didnt do too much gambling but there is a lot of choices just like all the other casinos. Wifi is everywhere and free. Not just this hotel but all of them. It is 20 to 25 mins taxi from the Airport. If that. Depends on traffic. Highly recommend this hotel. You will not regret it.

Huge comfortable rooms.

In town with friends for a concert at the Sphere. The Palazzo was a bustling fun environment that offered everything you could imagine for gambling and good restaurants. The hotel is large and a floor map online was quite helpful for staying there for the first time. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms are well appointed and the beds are terrific.

I regret our choice staying here.

Our room was dirty upon check in. The tub had hair (a lot) and brown dirt (so gross) , and we had only a few towels and one face towel . It makes me wonder what other corners are cut with cleaning. I texted the hotel for bedding for the pullout couch and asked them to clean the tub. We didn’t hear back for hours. Today, housekeeping, despite us asking directly, did not come until 6:30….we were gone all afternoon. We spent an hour walking around waiting for it to be cleaned only to come back to an uncleaned room. The room feels worn and dirty. I booked here because it was supposed to be nice, but it feels run down . I wish we made a better choice.
