The service was excellent and the rooms were well appointed and spotless. Even though the property is very large, everyone was very willing to take you where you needed to go and answer any questions you may have.

My mom and I stayed at the Palazzo and LOVED it. Huge rooms, great service, some of the best restaurants are close by, and of course walkable to the sphere!!

Have stayed at the Venetian several times, so wanted to try Palazzo and would highly recommend! Easy and friendly check-in even though we were early. Awesome room with great bathroom with shower and tub, nice view overlooking the pool. Everyone we encountered at the resort was friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at The Palazzo and had an overall great experience. The Strip location is convenient but not chaotic, and the property is beautiful and well-maintained. The suite was spacious and comfortable, feeling more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room, which made it very easy to relax. Check-in and check-out were both smooth, and the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I also use Venetian Rewards and have been really happy with the program – the offers, free nights, and dining credits are easy to understand and redeem, and the agents at the desk were efficient and pleasant. Room cleanliness was very good overall, with just a couple of small misses (a stray blueberry on the floor near the table and an empty tissue box on arrival)—nothing stay-ruining, but worth mentioning. My only real complaint is the smoke in the casino. I enjoyed the variety of slot games and found the slot team friendly, but the smoke can get overwhelming, and the beverage service was a little slow/hard to find at times. A clearly defined non-smoking section or better smoke control would make a huge difference, especially for guests who are sensitive to it. Even with that, I’d happily stay at The Palazzo again and recommend it to friends and family who want a more upscale, all-suite option on the Strip. If they can improve the smoking situation in the casino, it would be close to perfect.

Lovely suite, very comfortable bed, excellent storage and seating and luxurious bathroom. Unfortunately no coffee maker and the minibar had no storage space and if drinks moved they were automatically charged for. Going down to the Grand Lux Café or Starbucks for a drink was not convenient and rather spoilt our stay.
