I wouldn't stay in accessible room again There is nothing to prevent water run¨ing all over the floor creating fall risk I did not receive assistance with a safety concern Sink would not drain There was no valet I had to valet at the Flamingo I've had robotic knee replacement Tremendous imposition
Cromwell is not what it used to be.

The bartenders are fantastic. That it , cromwell does not have valet (older person, was not told they only work Thursday thru Sunday. Tried to charge me for late check out, (diamond plus). The first room was so dirty, floors, tables half the lights didn't work, wanted to pay for up grade but none avaliable . Begged for better room. Like I said cromwell used to be so awesome, but they JUST DONT CARE ANYMORE!! it won't be there after the summer (Vanderpump is coming in. So what ever you do DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY NOW). so very sad.
