Never again!!!!!

This was always my place to stay…never again. Asked for a medical refrigerator for my insulin, but NEVER received one. There was no bath gel or lotion & it took us three days to receive any. On the third day our room never was attended to.. (No towels, unmade beds) Talking to the front desk & a manager, everything we asked for fell on deaf ears. What’s wrong with this picture, EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!

Great Times in Las vegas

Outstanding Service, Exceptional Staff, and a Consistently Great Experience This visit marked my fifth stay since May, and once again, the experience reinforced why I continue to choose this property. From arrival to departure, the level of service, professionalism, and cleanliness was excellent across the board. Team Member Friendliness & Service Excellence: The standard of hospitality displayed by the staff was outstanding, and several team members truly went above and beyond. Shelley at the front desk delivered an exceptional check-in experience—she was warm, professional, efficient, and extremely thorough. She made the process seamless and immediately set a positive tone for the entire stay. Her kindness, attention to detail, and customer service skills are truly exemplary. Hector, the bellman, was equally outstanding. From the moment I arrived, he assisted promptly with luggage, offered helpful directions, and carried himself with genuine kindness and professionalism. His positive attitude made both arrival and departure effortless and enjoyable. The valet team also deserves high recognition for their speed, organization, and professionalism. Every interaction was smooth, and vehicle retrieval was consistently quick and stress-free, which greatly enhanced the overall experience. Guest Room Experience: The guest room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was in proper working order, and the room provided a relaxing and quiet environment throughout the stay. Gaming & Table Games Experience: The gaming experience was excellent. The floor was clean, the atmosphere was energetic, and the dealers were professional, friendly, and welcoming. The overall flow of the table games was smooth, well-managed, and extremely enjoyable. Dining Experience: I did not dine on property during this visit, so I am unable to provide feedback on dining services at this time. Overall Cleanliness: The entire property was exceptionally clean—from the lobby and elevators to the guest room and gaming areas. It’s clear that cleanliness and maintenance are a top priority. Drai’s Beach Club: Drai’s is one of the main reasons I choose to stay at this property, and it has been a major factor in my repeated visits. Unfortunately, it was closed during this trip, which was disappointing and did impact the experience. I look forward to returning when Drai’s is open again, as it plays a significant role in what makes this property special for me. Caesars Rewards Loyalty Program: My experience with the Caesars Rewards program continues to be very positive. The offers, tier benefits, and recognition for loyal guests add real value and are a big part of why I continue choosing Caesars properties. Final Thoughts: This was another excellent stay overall. Shelley, Hector, and the valet team truly elevated the experience through their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service. While the closure of Drai’s was disappointing, the quality of service throughout the property remained top-tier. I will absolutely continue returning and recommending this property to others.
