Excellent hotel, I booked late but was very genuinely surprised how clean and good a hotel it actually is. Great location and easy to access car park which is also free. Makes life so much easier.

Nice room for a reasonable price

One of the huge casino hotels in Las Vegas. We had read all sorts of stories of how you get ripped off, so this is our experience. We booked through a third party online and got the final price quoted. Some to the agency and the rest as a resort fee to the hotel. Parking was easy and is free. To avoid the long waiting time at the front desk we checked in at a kiosk which was very straightforward. Here the resort fee was charged, all according to what the deal was, plus a deposit of $100 which will be refunded on check-out. The room is very nice, not much view, but a large comfortable bed, a desk and a small (empty) fridge. It is also very quiet, good sleep quality. There are many restaurants and there is an easy connection to the Venetian on the other side of the road were the choice is abundant. We then decided to stay another night. The third party rates had significantly increased and booking through them would mean changing to another room. So I joined the queue at the front desk where I was served after some waiting by an agent who had first referred me to another queue. The price had gone up, but was lowered after some negotiating and referring to the first night. The $100 were duly returned. If you can handle the inefficiency you may have a nice stay.

Great for the price

Got a great deal through Agoda and opted for Treasure island. We're pleased we did as the parking was free the room was spacious with a free strip view and the self check in easy(with a little help from a friendly employee). Everything worked apart from our bathroom sink that never drained very well. The hotel is in a great location and had everything we needed. The coffee shop onsite does a good breakfast. There is a bus stop close by the hotel for easy travel up and down the strip.

Great Location, Good Room Size, Price was great, High Resort Fees

Delia G (Austin, Texas) on Jun 07, 2025

We enjoyed our stay at Treasure Island as it had what we needed for a short weekend getaway. The location was great with an attached CVS, two Starbucks, and the mall. It was an easy walk to the strip. The room was spacious along with the restroom. The issue we had was it didn't cool much and we requested a strip view, which we got but they had a big banner outside of the hotel for Mystere Cirque Du Soleil which covered our window so we could see outside but it was not clear due to the banner. I did like the security of the hotel as you needed to show your hotel card to get to the elevators, especially in the evenings. The resort fees are $49 a day plus tax, which was almost the price of the first night of the room that was $65.97 but not sure what that covered. Yes, you got to use the pool and got towels but it's not a big pool and there are no umbrellas so you can't go out during the day as it's too hot. I don't mind paying a fee but that is too high for what you don't get. At least add some umbrellas to the pool. Overall, for the price it is what we needed but not sure I would stay here again due to the resort fees even if the price per night was very reasonable. We stayed in rooms 23099 and 23101.
