Pubic hairs on toilet. Dirty bathroom floor. Pubics in the shower.fridge froze up to bad to get very cold at all. Initial experience not very good

Would not stay here again. The Best Western I stayed at in Flagstaff otw here had better in room amenities,a better mattress and sheets than this hotel. The restaurants here are not good, and this place needs an update. I will not be coming back.

Good value for the money. Dealers were nice. Hotel is tired probably next on the chopping block. A lot going on on the strip.

Traveled to Vegas for my birthday, received complimentary room upgrade. Arranged early check in for a fee, which we were checked into a dirty room, later our water stopped working in our room. Staff was efficient with assisting with these issues. Housekeeper Emilia was above and beyond during entire stay - very thankful for her. Overall great location. Would be nice if there was a microwave in the general area on each floor to reheat food. No microwaves on site.

My stay was generally smooth, but there were a few small areas that could use a bit more attention. The room didn’t have a kettle, which felt a tad inconvenient in the cooler weather—I’d suggest adding one for easier hot drinks. Also, no coffee maker or packets was a minor letdown, as it would’ve added a nice touch for mornings. The bedding was a little thin, leading to some chill at night; I borrowed a blanket from the front desk, but it felt a bit rough and not very soft. I’d love for the hotel to tweak these details to make stays even cozier—looking forward to a potentially better experience next time!
