Been staying here since the 90s, and now reconsidering our position. Wait to get room , requested for a second fridge for insulin storage, ( Been doing that for 18 years) not only told no, and called liar about my number of stays here. So , if you want expensive food rude staff, This is your choice. Jeffrey A A De Houghton
I honestly can’t think of a single appealing thing about Treasure Island

This hotel needs a revamp. I honestly can’t think of a single appealing thing about this hotel. We will not be back. No evening/night in-room dining during the week, and no real appealing restaurants in the hotel. One day we ate the terrible bbq place; my wife and I both got sick. The night we had hoped for room service, we ended up grabbing snacks from the CVS, only to find out it was not possible to get utensils from the hotel. (And none sold at the CVS). I ended up eating my yogurt using a business card as a spoon. The fridge in the room didn’t work, so after some condescending remarks from the front desk about how I don’t know how to work the fridge; maintenance showed up with a completely new fridge and said that 90% of the rooms have bad refrigerators….. We were in town for a convention, and asked the front desk if there was shuttle service to the convention center; they said NO. We ended up walking to the event, only to see a TI shuttle there when we arrived. So, it turns out there was a shuttle service but the front desk employee just didn’t care enough to give us good information. Don’t waste your time with this hotel.

Run away! Treasure Island has to be one of the worst hotel options in Vegas. We booked late for a conference and got stuck with Treasure island as a last option. We won’t be back, and I would be surprised if they are still around in the next few years. They are extremely short staffed and it shows. Check in was a bait and switch that was supposed to be automated with kiosks but was not. They gave us a downgraded room because of it. Cleaning staff is overworked and rude due to the staffing issues. Stay away!!

This hotel is not going to wow you. It's moderately updated, and the rooms are okay. A good amount of dining options. Quite. Great location on the strip. It was nice getting to avoid a large check-in line using their mobile check-in service. Nothing to complain about, but also nothing to rave about. Would stay here again at the right price (below $200 a night).
