This has unfortunately been the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Given its prime location on the Las Vegas Strip, the prices are definitely not cheap, making the lack of quality even more disappointing. The building and rooms are incredibly outdated. The room was not clean; the bathroom looked like an old hospital restroom and still had hair left behind. To make matters worse, they charge a separate cleaning fee, yet the actual housekeeping service is substandard and irregular. Never going back and I would not recommend staying here.

Had an absolutely terrible time while staying at treasure island for a work conference nearby. Even though I requested a non-smoking room, I got stuck in a smoking room that I was unable to get out of during my entire stay (even though I requested daily). The hotel is a legacy Vegas hotel and has seen its time and it’s time to go. The food is not great, service was ok. On my last night my door key battery died and had to wait 1.5 hours communicating with front desk and security to have someone change the door key (this was at 11PM after a long day). Not at all an ideal time while staying in Vegas. If you are contemplating staying here, rent a car and stay in your car.

Is was what you would expect from a large hotel on the strip, If you get the choice for continental breakfast with booking, don't bother, it's not worth it
