I Had problems when I arrived because the system at the hotel charge 2 times the cost, one in the kiosk and another in the front desk, and the people attending they can´not solve my problem, and I can´t solve this, my email is a.arcos@hanwha.com, please I need help.

Checked in, went to my first room and the keys would not work, the door lock was broken. Move to my second room, and the air conditioning didn’t work nor did the TV work. Then put me into my third room and it smelled like marijuana. Terrible experience.

This was a interesting stay, starting at check in. I couldn't check in using the kiosk because it was a business card used and I didn't physically have the card. Stood in the check in line patiently only to be told she couldn't help me. I had to wait in the other line for questions(not check in) started over in that line. Spoke to the representative she first told me I needed to provide a new card because the reservation wasn't fully paid I explained it was, she doubled checked it was paid her mistake she had not seen this before. She gives me a room key I go up to the room the key doesn't work. I ask a maid on the floor for help she checks the room there is someone still in the room. I go back down to desk and the same young lady says she forgot her bifocal gives me another room. There are no washcloths in the room, the air conditioning goes off in the middle of the night consistently making the room so hot it wakes me up and someone chain smoked on this non smoking floor. The TV randomly restarts. I had a croissant for breakfast one morning some crumbs fell on the bed, maid came in while I was at the convention and made the bed but the croissant crumbs remained......how.

Not what it used to be. They must be working on building some floors smell of sewage like a portable potty. People were great

Very comfortable bed and room! Pool fun with drink service and a variety of seating options. The hotel is older but very clean. Reasonably priced. Suggestion, Gilley’s in the lobby should not be charging a cover charge to get in. There are not many restaurant and bar options so other than breakfast at the coffee shop, so we ate offsite most days. Would definitely stay here again.
