Don't stay here unless you like waiting in line

The check in experience was terrible. Took over an hour. They had 3 people checking people in, and several on the check-ins took 45 minutes. So one person was then servicing the line. No manage or anyone came to assist. On average it took 12 minutes to check in. Several people attempted the self check in kiosk but took at least 45 minutes as well. Lots of customer goodwill lost in mt opinion. I won't stay here again

I do believe it’s absurd, but I get charged one price that’s a lot higher than my counterpart. I do understand a changes day by day butwhen you stay there for a week at a time, you should get better rate and somebody stays two days and I will not be back
