Clean room and good location but Marijana smell
Anisha T on Jul 12, 2025
My family stayed at TI Las Vegas this past week, July 7 - 11, 2025. The staff was friendly, The room was clean but towels and washcloths need updated. We asked for our safe to be fixed because we couldn't get in it but no one was sent up to fix it. Housekeeping did come in each day and make our beds and leave fresh towels. There was an odd smell in the entire hotel but manageable. However, the constant smell of Marijana in the elevators and outside them was ridiculous. Prefer not to smell SKUNK where I stay. Pool was nice and clean with very attentive lifeguards and first aid staff. The people selling face products however were very annoying, especially after the 6th time telling them no. Good location ! Thanks, AT
Felt robbed

HORRIBLE if you like bonuses and winning Treasure island MN. Is not the place. In and out within a hour 1 pathetic 3.5x bonus. Zero base pay I literally felt like i was robbed.
Great place with a few concerns.

Staff was friendly and helpful, handicap access was great in room and throughout the casino. Good channel selection in room. Our room overall was very clean and neat. Some general wear and tear. Bathroom suffered from broken tiles and light cover hanging. Not a lot of blankets. The casino was suffering from closed down restaurants and shops, and bathrooms. Accurate location times, some places where closed 30-40 mins before time advertised on room menu.
100% a truly disappointing experience at Treasure Island.

I had a truly disappointing experience at Treasure Island. Check-in was slow, and despite asking to switch from two beds to one, staff said it wasn't possible. Our room was outdated, small, and not stocked with enough towels or toiletries, even had mold and dust. I had to call housekeeping three times to get basic toiletries. When we switched rooms, we were placed in one meant for guests with disabilities, which made no sense for us. Front desk refuse to change the room upon request. Worst of all, when I raised concerns about paying double the current rate (even though I booked a month in advance), a front desk agent, Lisa, dismissed me, accused me of not understanding English, and walked away mid-conversation. I'm an engineer leader — I have a pretty good ability to talk and communicate. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully in a hotel. Manager Elly was polite but offered no real resolution. I stayed here hoping for Radisson-level quality for a special occasion, but left completely dissatisfied. After hearing similar complaints from other guests, I won’t be returning — and definitely won’t recommend it to anyone.
Fantastic Experience

We booked a vacation with Treasure Islands vacation packages . We booked one room with air fare from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. I couldn’t believe how cheap it was. We upgraded to a suite thinking to get the best experience. When we arrived we were not prepared for how huge a room it was. Was at least 4 times bigger than a normal room with His and Hers bathrooms. It had a living room, dining table and the bed area, all in one huge room overlooking the strip. We were so blown away with the quality of the room, probably the best one we ever stayed in. While we were there we pretty much ate in all of the restaurants and visited with friends in the bar. Had a great time and saw Cirque de Soleil which is in Treasure Island so just a short walk from our room. We really enjoyed our stay.
