Average hotel

Very average/standard clean hotel. Nothing fancy but a great view of the Venetian. The breakfast dining restaurant was not bad. Large portions, enough for two people a plate. If I'd go to Vegas again, I'd probably skip this property and stay at Venetian or Bellagio instead.
Location great- poorly maintained.

Great location but a dump. I had to call engineering up 3X. Bedside lamps didn’t work, sink was clogged, faucet was shooting water out of the sink. Sheets, comforter, towels and walls are thin. Lightbulbs flickered and I had to kill a roach. Very quiet casino. Not many restaurant/bar options.

Been to Vegas many times but this was the first time I’ve stayed at Treasure Island. Overall, I really liked it. The room was nice. Nothing fancy, but I didn’t need it to be. I think overall Vegas has gotten to be more about the money and how they can charge people for whatever they can. I called in advance for an early check in and guy said no problem I could go to kiosk and check in after 11. Kiosk said after 12 only. So I had to wait in a long line. There was 1 worker checking people in consistently and 1 guy ding that in between other jobs. It was $40 to check in a few hours before the 3 pm start time. At night when I would walk by, the line to check in was waaaaaaay longer. I also stayed on Dec 31 and they came to my room to do a security check for New Years Eve. I was totally fine with that and in fact liked they were doing it. However, they said they were checking the windows. My shades were closed so they could see nothing. That didn’t matter. They left. They didn’t check a single thing so after that I didn’t feel any safer by them doing these sweeps. The bed was VERY comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. Walls are thin as I could hear my neighbors cell phones ringing lol one of the nights my key wouldn’t work so I went to the front desk. Got new key. Still don’t work. They sent security up and it was the battery on the lock so it took him about 10 minutes to get it open. For the inconvenience, I got a buy 1 drink get 1 free coupon. Great! I get a free drink if i spend MORE money at the hotel! lol the food options in the casino are limited. Regardless of where you go it’s EXPENSIVE!!! $8 for a slice of pizza? $16 for a chicken sandwich and fry from Popeyes? Gone are the fun days of Vegas and now it’s all about making the most money off of you as they can! The room did have a mini fridge which I loved. TIP: get drinks and snacks from the cvs to stock in your rooms. It is WAY cheaper, especially because the drink machine on my floor didn’t even work.
One Strip but not a victim of it...

Back 2 days ago and I can't honestly say anything negative about our 4 nites. Ti is on the strip but north of all the " intensity " of other properties. More chill- more room-. Staff were outstanding...check in, gaming, security. Only exception were Players Club staff who came across as a bit aloof. Property is very safe and very clean. There is. CvS drugstore on site AND an AbC next door at Fashion mall.
Old and dirty

The property is in dire need of a major overhaul. Room Conditions: • Cleanliness: Dust was prevalent, and the carpets were visibly worn. • Furniture: The bed and its frame were in poor condition, and a drawer was broken. • Air Conditioning: The outdated system struggled to cool the room adequately. Check-In Experience: I paid an additional $60 for an early check-in, only to spend that time changing rooms multiple times due to consistent issues, including standing in line repeatedly. Overall Impression: This hotel falls short of acceptable standards. I would not recommend staying here until significant renovations are made.
