Overall a good property with food service, daily housekeeping, and a good location. Breakfast is not included and $20. No self parking; you must do valet for $50 per day. Only one elevator was operational, and it was very slow. - a major problem as the waits were long.

I usually never write reviews, but I wanted to write this one. This is my first time in Los Angeles and this was a pretty decent property. Pretty decent amenities. It does need a little bit of an upgrade. As for housekeeping, they were amazing, nice and friendly as for the front desk specifically Silva, I was messaging her through the mobile app asking for an early check-in and she pointed out how I was “a team member and I should know how this works” I was wanting to get an early check-in because my flight had landed early and it was my fiancé‘s birthday and I wanted to celebrate and get checked in. I’m a front desk, agent myself and I would never treat a guest how I was treated. The day after check-in, I went to ask Silva for tape so I can hang up the banner that I have posted in my review and I was going to return it, but she was treating me as if I was a thief.

Nice room. Very clean. Quick check in. Very close to walk of fame, restaurants and sites. Saw Orny Adams (comedy show) at the new Kookabura Lounge. Great time. Lots of people, great shopping as well. Nice view of the Hollywood sign. Traffic is heavy most of the time so allow for that when driving or going to a site or LAX.

I spend 351 dollar for 2 night with no slipper, no tooth brush, 45 extra charge for parking and noisy room. Good for you

This hotel is an excellent option for attending something at the Hollywood Bowl. Sure, the price is a little high, and they charge a lot for parking, but most people could easily walk to the Bowl. The hotel is older, but it has been pretty well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and it was very clean.
