America did an excellent job of keeping my Tesla charged and reminding me when it was needed. The room service was also excellent. I liked the central location to Santa Monica but forcing me to pad this review out to two hundred characters is a waste of my time.

Hotel was very clean. All the workers here were really nice . Good place to book at . I felt very welcomed by everyone and how good the service was. The person named American on the valet took really good of my car and got wonderful service from her. I would definitely come back again.

This was a last-minute reservation for me and my family to get out. The hotel was very clean well kept very easy to get to my room. We enjoyed the pool and having the washers and dryers available for use after going to the beach. They aren't complementary so bring quarters. The beach was less than 10 minutes of a walk and we liked the pool stayed open late. Derrick was the one that checked us in, greeted me with a smile and professional manner. Andrew was nice enough to park our car. Great staff all around.

Great location. Walking distance to pier. Thus, the rooms are pricey. On top of tuis , it is concerning that Marriott is monetizing everything. At this location, microwaves cost $10/night. We have never seen this, anywhere!! The bistro meals are pricey (Breakfast for 2, $30-35 snd we split ), while many other brands have an included breakfast. There is no coffee in the lobby and Starbucks is the only option, for a price! The valet parking was the only option and it was $52/night!!

this place was amazing ! front desk was awesome & The lady named America in valet was great made the experience better she made sure we got our vehicle quick and always had a smile in her face ! 10/10 would definitely come and bring my whole family again
