America has been an amazing attendant. This is the second time she's taken care of my needs and always makes me feel like I'm the only customer. She always goes above and beyond with her service.

I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Santa Monica for my daughter’s 15th birthday, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly. They anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask. The front desk supervisor who checked us in was especially great. He made sure we knew where everything was, including the elevators (which I really appreciate since that’s often overlooked). He provided local recommendations and made sure we knew the hours for the café and pool. They recognized my daughter’s birthday. It made her feel so special The valet attendants were also super friendly and helpful every time we came and went. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely enjoys making guests feel welcome. We’ll absolutely be staying here again next time we’re in Santa Monica. Thank you to the entire team.

I travel a TON and can confidently say that Jordan (front desk) at this location was the most polite, helpful, and friendly person I’ve dealt with in a long time. Rooms clean and accomodating. Will always recommend

I would definitely come back. It was a clean friendly place. Parking attendant America was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Hotel itself- rooms, pool, gym, cafe, staff etc. are totally fine and good. But the few blocks radius area surrounding the hotel is pretty dirty, and doesn't feel super safe. The front lobby doors are locked 24/7 only for those with hotel keys to access, which is good, but gives you an idea of the safety. Parking was also $70 overnight, which is craaaaazy. There is a lot next door that is unattended and $40 for overnight, so slightly better deal. It is very close to Santa Monica pier, but would not recommend solely because of the weird vibes outside the hotel.
