This was a very pleasant experience. Very close to the airport, brand new shuttles, and the service of JONA went above and beyond! Wonderful!
Deceptive pricing, excruciatingly long wait to check in.

Deceptive pricing. Long wait to check in. Beware Resort Fees and additional taxes that they charge you after you leave. These are not revealed up front unless you read all the way to the bottom of your confirmation email. They certainly do not tell you about the fees at check in. Caveat Emptor. This is a game to them and they always win!

Great experience with the hotel staff while checking in late at night, giving recommendations on food and Jona from Valet Dep. couldn’t have been nicer.

I had to travel for an emergency in the family. At the end of the trip, I had to find a wheelchair capable cab to the airport. Jona C did a great job setting everything up so I could get my elderly parents to the airport. Thanks again!
