It sure what people are raving about I picked this hotel over Sheraton four points based on reviews and wish I had t It's under construction in an alley long Ella from bus stop if ur a tourist stay at four points it's right next to bus stop Dated rooms with decent views and higher floors But Most of it's Restaurants were closed due to construction and only one open with v limited basic food so I couldn't use the food voucher of my airline there I had to redeem at airport on last day Breakfast isn't included Maybe better after construction completes Don't waste ur dime here

There is no way I can recommend this hotel right now. They are currently going through renovations which has impacted all aspects of one’s stay. All downstairs windows are covered to hide the construction. There is no lobby. One checks in at a makeshift desk surrounded by black tarp hanging from the ceiling and then you have to navigate through these tarps to find the elevators. The hallways have an old, musty smell. The room itself was pleasant enough, except for the long brunette hair still in the bathtub. When I checked in they neglected to tell me that the gym, pool, restaurant, and bar were all closed for renovation. I had to discover this myself. Instead of a restaurant one sits in something akin to a function hall waiting for them to bring your food in styrofoam boxes. If you want to work or sleep in the morning, you will be accompanied by the sound of hammering. The parking structure is close, but the first two tickets they gave me failed to open the gate. Ultimately, they gave me a worker’s ticket and that was successful. I spoke with several workers and they are also frustrated with the hotel. Perhaps one day all this will be better, but that day won’t be anytime soon.

Terrible experience. Check-in lines were out the door, the room was unbearably hot, and the air conditioning was so loud (I guess it maybe stopped you hearing planes lol). Bathroom door was abviously wet at some stage and picture frames all chipped (room 838). Bath tap doesn't turn off without force, grouting very dirty. Dangerous lobby with the renovations going on. I nearly tripped over a rod on the ground holding a curtain down, trying to get past porter with luggage. There was also a young girl with mobility challenges that had so much difficulty getting to the lift behind us. This morning (22nd) you couldn't talk to the reception ladies with the jack-hammer noise. Banging and noise in rooms from early morning. Surely they shouldn't be allowed to work in those conditions? NO notifications anywhere, on booking, that renovations are in progress. The level of disruption should mean hotel closes whilst this happens. Very disappointing stay and would not recommend at all.

I am at the hotel right now. There is major construction going on inside the hotel. You have to walk through a construction zone to get to your room with jack hammering all day and dust everywhere. There is constant hammering in the room above me. This hotel should not be open for business and accepting reservations with this level of construction. The rooms are also dated and the ac wall unit extremely loud.

I stayed here for a concert and it was a nice hotel very happy with my stay Maria del Carmen made our parking situation smooth I would come back knowing you have workers like Maria my overall stay was smooth from start to end if your looking for a hotel close to the Kia forum stay here
