Avoid at all costs!

This hotel is not worth the stay. When it was the Crowne Plaza, it was reasonable, clean and affordable. Now it is run down, air conditioning didn't worth, general upkeep is on the poor side. Check in was a joke - took way too long even with an existing booking. I agree with the comments about the deposit - I can't believe they can get away with it. And the Grab and Go place - waiting in line for 20 mins while someone wanted to maximise thier voucher because they were on a delayed flight. And the person serving her encouraged it, not caring about the long line behind us. Don't stay here - pay more to stay elsewhere

Loved the service and will definitely use it again!

The Valet guys Jona C and Alfredo were great!!! My car was always ready very promptly!! I had to change my rental car during my one day stay and when I brought the new rental and dropped it off I didn’t have any problems picking it up the next day even though there was a change of shifts. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel also.

Horrific

Dirty, dilapidated, rude service, extremely overpriced. I can’t believe this hotel has more than two stars. The halls smell like feet, the walls are all banged up, the bathtub smells like mold, and there’s a weird whirring sound outside the window every few minutes. All this would be vaguely tolerable if the hotel wasn’t $200 a night, plus $50 for parking. I’m filled with anger at myself for booking such a dump!

Refund not recieved from holding deposit

We were checked into this hotel by British Airways after missing our connecting flight. Reception said they would need a card as a holding deposit but no money would be taken. Upon check out I asked about my holding deposit has they had taken 50 dollars. They told me it would be refunded and still waiting. I have no email address for them. Not impressed. This hotel was not my choice not was it booked by myself! I just want my refund please

Lack of refund

As with all US hotels a security deposit is required. we visited on 6th February and are still waiting for the money back despite numerous emails and phone calls. all we get is "its on its way" other hotels in the US all returned deposit virtually straight away so there is no excuse for such poor service.
