The hotel was clean and good value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the airport, so there can sometimes be some noise, but it did not bother us. This was our last stop before flying home, and the location and airport shuttle made it a perfect choice. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

I came here for business. The room were clean, I could literally smell the bleach as I walked in which made me feel good to know they actually cleaned the room well. I went downstairs to the restaurant. They have so many different options. The manager Nima was extremely kind and great hospitality. My waiter Miguel V was on top of it! My cup was never empty too long. He was always visible. Great communication. Excellent customer service. And big kudos to the chef coming out to bring my food. I was very impressed and grateful for everyone’s service.

I got in at 2am and the next morning housekeeping knocked on my door around 8am, I opened the door and let them know I was staying for three nights, they said sorry we don’t know. The next following days I could hear the door being knocked on and open and closed from the rooms next to me or in the same hallway around 8am this must be when they wake people up that need to check out, it was impossible to have a quiet morning to sleep in. Their keys also get demagnetized frequently and it’s a pain when you get up to the 11th floor only to have to come down and get into a big line and wait your turn so they can fix the problem. Parking is outrageously $77 a night.
