Fantastic place - stunning rooms, beach, pools, food. Couldn’t ask for better. Staff were incredible and looked after us brilliantly. Great location - good restaurants and others offsite near by if you want to go further afield. Highly recommended

Pros: 1. They have one award winning Michelin one star restaurant and the food was really good and it was included with the all inclusive package. 2. Big and warm pool. 3. Fast service. Loved how Alex one of the server remembered our drinks! 4. Good kids club and very friendly nannies. Our kids love them! 5. Love the kids pool and kids splash pads. 6. Free and fully stocked snacks! 7. Beautiful and large rooms. Cons: It doesn’t have a swimmable beach but we knew before we booked so it wasn’t a huge deal. We stayed for 7 nights so it got bored with the pool only… Overall it’s one top notch all inclusive hotel.

This was our second stay at a Grand Velas. Our previous stay was at the Riviera Nayarit location. Both locations were beautiful and in pristine condition. The restaurants provided a great selection of food choices and overall were a 9 out of 10. I think we were most impressed by how respectful and appreciative all the employees were to us. Little things for example when walking by employees they would stop what they were doing to stand at attention to greet you as a guest. In this most recent trip to the Grand Velas Los Cabos, we had a few employees we would like to recognize. Our concierge Gianni was with us all 5 days we were at the hotel. From the moment we checked in to the time we got back in the shuttle to go to the airport he insured we had everything we needed to have a fantastic and incredible time. He followed up continually to insure our dining reservations were set and we knew the proper dress codes. Even when our family seemed to flip flop between dining decisions he found a way to make it happen. We spent most of our days at the pool and want to recognize Leo and Efren for their service. If we wanted something they were there to insure it happened quickly. It was a great stay and we are looking for our next visit.

This is our first choice for a family vacation. Whether it is the restaurant, facilities or staff, they are all extremely exquisite. Our concierge Josué provided a lot of help in arranging our activities. Josué decorated the room with a birthday design on my son's birthday, and both children received their favorite gifts. It was a trip full of surprises and enjoyment. We will come back here for vacation next time.

We spent an unforgettable weekend my partner and I celebrating birthdays the truth is a beautiful paradise the first-class food and the very good service. We loved Frida and Piaf great service and meals we were just able to play cards with celeste poker, black jack. As well as karaoke we have a lot of fun we definitely recommend it. You have to live this experience.
