It was a wonderful getaway to this place. We loved everything. We really enjoyed the cooking class in Frida. Chef Karla was very friendly. As well as the mixology class, these celestial marron activities is in charge of inviting you. She always finds her in the pool. She is super friendly as well as Alejandro our waiter and rest of the staff.

A great family all the super friendly staff and the first class service we loved everything Celeste was very friendly in invite us to the classes and the activities we will return thanks to everything for your great service from the heart

Awesome resort and the best staff. The service was excellent. Great resort for both family and couples . The spa is amazing and the water treatment is one you don’t want to miss. Has a great views . We will Diffently be back. Highly recommended !

The hotel was first class from the moment we walked in. Our personal concierge (Josue Martinez) greeted us, ordered us drinks and sat us at a table overlooking the Sea of Cortez!. We waited outside with our drinks, while he completed the check-in for us. Josue was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. What was really nice is he catered to every member of our family, while we were at dinner he brought balloons to our room for our kids. The balloons had a bag of fish food attached to the string, with a note telling us where we could feed the fish. There were so many fish and they were jumping out of the water when we fed them. This was definitely a highlight for the kids and I can thank Josue for that! It is clear that the Grand Velas has incredibly high standards when hiring their staff! Hugo and Pedro (Pool Concierge) and Alejandro (Bartender) made sure my family and I had everything we needed! We are already dreaming of our next trip to the Grand Velas Los Cabos! The entire staff was wonderful, they made us all feel special and took care of everything. I’m just sad we were only able to stay for two days.

Gloria and Erica are wonderful we really enjoyed our massage day here at the beach looking forward to do this again. Amazing
