Just stayed here with my sister a few weeks ago to celebrate their company’s presidents club and it was a trip we'll never forget. Most of the staff was welcoming and respectful but two were absolute ROCK STARS... our personal concierge Ana and waiter Javier from Cocina de Autor. Javier was very professional with great energy making sure we enjoyed the food & wine pairing. Ana was very accommodating making sure we were informed of all the daily activities & took care of our needs & assistance w dinner reservations & room services. She really went out of her way to make sure we were happy. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean with an amazing ocean view. I will definitely be back again. It is worth every penny!

We were there with my husbands company and it was our 3rd time to visit Grand Velas in Cabo. We love it and love the all inclusive . Some of the food wasn’t that great at some of the restaurants but Fridas was amazing! we ate at Velas 10, Lucca & Fridas. The wine Sommelier.was great and helpful!. Obeth our concierge was the Best! He always made sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. He made sure all our dinner reservations were correct and that we had everything in our room that we needed! We will definitely be back !

We had a truly wonderful experience at Grand Velas Los Cabos. The staff was exceptionally courteous, and the concierge services were outstanding. Our concierge, Ana Aranda, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. We loved every part of our visit — especially the spa and the incredible water journey, which became my personal favorite. Dining at the Michelin-starred Cocina de Autor was the perfect finishing touch to an already unforgettable trip. Highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking luxury, relaxation, and impeccable service.
