Best hotel I've ever been in. The service, the rooms , the food! Spectacular!!!

We decided to try Cabo for the first time for our last vacation pre children. We've done a few high end all inclusives in other parts of Mexico previously so I'll highlight a few places grand velas really separates: 1) Service: I can't overstate how incredible everyone we interacted with was. Christian our concierge made sure we had everything we needed, including finding a boat that would take my wife out snorkeling despite a pregnancy restriction the typical company that operates through the hotel had. Staff was also extra accommodating in getting my wife all the mocktails she could handle and went out of their way to make sure she felt taken care of. 2) Food: I'm a hard guy to please when it comes to high-end food (I do the client dinner travel life for work), but we really did not have a bad meal at any of the 5 restaurants we ate at across our stay. They even nailed the cook on a steak, which is usually an issue at any other all inclusive. 100% recommend getting your reservations taken care of ahead of time, as they filled up extremely quick. We tried to swap a date a week out from the trip and it wasn't possible as a frame of reference Overall - it's on the pricy side but the people of Grand Velas will do everything in their power to make it a worthwhile experience. We had an excellent time at Grand Velas resort for our honeymoon. The food and drinks were phenomenal and the resort itself was wonderful. We had a personal concierge, Josué Martinez , who is the best in the world. He was attentive, helpful, and very kind. He made sure our experience was the best and consistently checked in on us. All of the staff members were kind and wonderful. We would absolutely recommend this resort. If you're thinking about booking this resort for your next stay, don't hesitate at all. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time and were so relaxed. Our butler, Alexis, was so helpful and attentive at any hour we needed assistance. Our stay was already nice, but he definitely enhanced the experience to make it a 10/10

We came here as a family. It was my wife and my 20th year wedding anniversary but it also coincided with our daughter's spring break. We have stayed at Grand Velas Puerto Vallarta, but this was our first time in the Cabo property. We have been to Cabo many times and stayed at Garza Blanca the most, though we checked out other properties as well. The property is very nice. Though the rooms are a bit dated. Our room had a broken safe and one of the sinks was clogged. I would say that the rooms are probably ready for a refresh at some point. They are nice and the cleaners do a wonderful job and the overall property is clean, but it is dated. What really makes this property is the service. Our personal concierge, Astrid Cota, was probably the best we have ever had. Communication was very easy and she did an amazing job with everything, from resolving issues, to making restaurant reservations, to providing some amazing anniversary surprises. She was absolutely amazing. The food here was also very very good. We had LOTS of restaurant choices and each restaurant had good food. The Michelin star Autor was very very good but all the others equally had amazing options. No shortage there.
