Incredible resort and amenities. Food is amazing and our concierge Astrid was wonderful and very helpful

Very clean hotel, friendly staff, and a great location. Everything was comfortable, and the service was excellent. I would happily stay here again!

We had a fantastic experience with our newborn on his first trip out of the country. The Grand Velas was a perfect location to relax and decompress from life. Our concierge Alexis helped make everything spectacular and accommodating with a baby. The food was great, the pools were fun and the service was exceptional. We will be back!

This was the best vacation I have ever been on. My husband and I with our 7 year old child went for 1 week. This was so amazing for us as a couple and for my son as well. He loved the kids club and did many of the activities. We were able to have a few meals as a family and then he was HAPPY to hang out with the kids club for dinners we had scheduled as a couple. He keeps asking to go back! The special touches from our concierge, Astrid, were so thoughtful- a sweet bubble bath after a long day and cupcake decorations were a HUGE hit. We can't wait to come back!

We all enjoyed our time there, food was exquisite. Staff very friendly our concierge went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Few hiccups during the stay but overall well. Not as family oriented as Grand Velas Nayarit, and no beach access. Overall rating 8.5 out of 10
