I just got back today after my fourth stay at grand Velas. Every time I come the staff is the same and I feel like I’m staying with family. We are a family with 3 kids 6 and under. Our stay was beyond magical. Ana our concierge thought of and took care of every single detail. The kids club was amazing and our kids loved every minute of it, they have the coolest events for the kids and the best part is the adults can still enjoy while they know they’re kids are in good hands. The cuisine is impeccable , the whole time our group was saying how on earth can they deliver this type of cuisine at an all inclusive. Every restaurant had top notch food with attention to detail. It was our first time trying the Michelin restaurant and it was amazing. We can’t wait to come back again.

We chose Grand Velas Los Cabos as our first-ever all-inclusive experience, and honestly, we may have ruined all future vacations for ourselves. This place is exceptional in every sense of the word. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this wasn't your typical all-inclusive. The food, the service, the amenities — everything is executed at a level that rivals any luxury resort we've stayed at, without the constant nickel-and-diming you'd expect. But the real standout? Astrid, our concierge. She was nothing short of incredible. Attentive, warm, genuinely invested in making sure every detail of our trip was perfect. She anticipated things before we even thought to ask. If you stay here, request her by name — you won't regret it. The property itself is stunning. Cabo is beautiful, and Grand Velas frames it perfectly. Whether you're at the pool, the beach, or one of the many restaurants, the views never get old. We came in with high expectations and left with them completely exceeded. If you're on the fence about trying an all-inclusive — and especially *this* all-inclusive — stop deliberating and book it. Grand Velas Los Cabos is the real deal.

We had the most amazing experience at grand Villa Los Cabos! From the amazing food, such a beautiful view, the best kids club we can ever ask for, and of course Astrid our personal concierge how does every single thing! From booking our reservations for dinner to reserve babysitting and just checking in on us for our overall experience at the hotel! We could not have picked a better place and a better customer service! Also all the waiters at the pool were amazing! I give this hotel a 10 out of 10 :) definitely will be back!

From the moment we arrived, everything was beautiful, clean, professional, and incredibly welcoming. The food was outstanding, with amazing restaurants and dinners that exceeded our expectations every day. A special thank you to Ana Aranda, our butler, who was truly exceptional. She was kind, attentive, incredibly responsive, and always went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. Her service made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. We traveled with our children, and this resort was incredibly accommodating for families. The kids club was fantastic, and our children had the best time. Every staff member we encountered was warm, trustworthy, and genuinely caring, which made us feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. Everything was seamless, easy, and thoughtfully designed for families. The service, accommodations, food, and overall atmosphere were all outstanding. We highly recommend this resort and cannot wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable vacation!
