My wife and I are frequent visitorw to Grand Velas Los Cabos, and our trip this time was wonderful as usual. We particularly wanted to write this review to especially compliment our waiter at Lucca Restaurant, Salvador, who was superb -- maybe the best server ever. Everyone at the resort is so nice and friendly, the food is great, and the service excellent. And a special thank you to our concierge, Luis.

Great place to go with friends. The service was excellent. The different restaurants all were a good experience. The Cocina de Autor restaurant was awarded a Michelin star. The dinner there was a sensorial voyage. Every bite was delightful. Friendly and very service oriented staff

The room was spectacular: spacious and well appointed as was the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. The amenities were absolutely top notch; gifts of wine and tequila and a well-stock minibar. The attention to detail was first rate even down to the number of hangers and extra pillows.

This was my 2nd time to the resort and everything lived up to my expectations from the first time. A special shout out to Alexis our concierge, Fatima in the spa for a spectacular hot stone massage, Carmen for a wonderful facial, Ivan and Jazhiel in Azul for breakfast and lunch and to Arturo for keeping us hydrated and happy poolside!! Honestly a team of wonderful staff that make the experience one you want to have again. Also the dining was top notch in all the restaurants. We loved the flutist during dinner but were disappointed that the bar had no live entertainment. Looking forward to next time

We spent a full week at Grand velas los Cabos. We had tried the Grand Velas in Eiviera Maya and Riviera Nayarit before. This one was by far the best all inclusive we have done so far. Service and staff were fantastic. Special thanks to Josue our butler. Great service, discreet, always available. We had the corner suite grand class - it was fabulous, better than ritz or four seasons rooms. Food was great. We are foodies - my husband is a French chef. We felt that Piaf was not as good as the French restaurant in the other grand velas. Cocina de autor was good - not as good as the other Michelin star in Grand velas riviera Maya which was truly fantastic. Friday was excellent and Lucca as well. We went to Loto twice (in the sister resort Boutique) - it was fabulous!!! Chef came to see us, all staffs and waiters were excellent. Pools are heated and great. Ocean is great - unfortunately not swimmable. Overall we had a beautiful week, truly the best all inclusive we have done so far (we did many secrets, excellence etc). We will be back!!
