Grand Velas exceeded expectations! The staff were beyond friendly and accommodating. Our butler, Alexis (Alex) Mora, was kind, responsive and always willing to help. The pools were pristine, the views unbeatable and by far the BEST all inclusive food I have ever experienced.

Wonderful experience at this hotel. We stayed 3 nights and wanted to stay more. We also never left because we have a toddler. We didn’t feel the need to leave because there are enough things to do on the resort. Will come back again and highly recommend! We had Ana Aranda as our concierge help and she was helpful and attentive the entire time!

We have been to a lot of all inclusives in many different areas and this was by far the most superior experience we have had. The food was exceptional, views and rooms were stunning, but what really made it stand out above the rest was the service. The workers there truly care about making your experience fantastic. Each room gets a personal concierge and we were lucky enough to have Astrid as ours! Everyday when we came back from the pool we would have a surprise - cupcake decorating, a bath with bath bombs, popcorn and nuts. Astrid truly went above and beyond. We are already planning our trip for next year.

Staff and amenities were great! Ana Aranda was our concierge and was wonderful all week! Will definitely go back!
