I moved here from a different hotel and didn’t get a chance to research it before arriving, so I was pleasantly SHOCKED when I pulled up. My concierges, Antonio Cabrera and Daniel were amazing, they knew my name right when I got there and helped me at a moment’s notice my entire stay. I’ve stayed in some very nice places in my time but Grand Velas takes the cake, no question.

Our stay at Grand Velas was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, Eric and Ana in Concierge made us feel genuinely cared for and helped create an unforgettable experience. The service was truly a 15 out of 10. We have visited many five-star all-inclusive resorts throughout Mexico, but none have come close to the level of hospitality and attention to detail we experienced here. Every member of the staff seemed committed to anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Ruben was incredibly attentive and kind, always making sure we were well taken care of, while Carlos, our pool bartender, was simply the best. We also loved the yoga class with Cynthia, and Lucca was one of the finest Italian restaurants we have experienced in Mexico. Another highlight was the spa. Noemi (apologies if I'm misspelling her name), my massage therapist, provided one of the best treatments I've ever had. I know I am forgetting many other team members who deserve recognition, and I wish I could mention them all. Each person we encountered contributed to making our stay effortless, relaxing, and truly special. Thank you to the entire Grand Velas team for creating such an exceptional experience. We cannot wait to return! ?????
