My husband & I just returned from a fabulous vacation at the gorgeous Grand Velas resort in Los Cabo, Mexico. Gianni, our personal concierge during our stay at Grand Velas in Los Cabo was truly incredible! He always was available to assist us with anything we needed with a smile on his face. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, & kind. He exceeded our expectations with his personal concierge service. Thank you again Gianni for everything you did to make our stay most memorable.

One of the best hotels we’ve been to! The service, the food, the amenities, everything was amazing. We will definitely come back. We’re very grateful with each member of staff but specially with our concierges Elisa and Christian, thank you so much for making our stay so special.

Gianni was an amazing butler who was able to attend to all of our needs. Food and service were absolutely incredible. Rooms were great. Can’t wait to visit again with the kids. Kids club looks amazing. We ate at the Michelin star restaurant. We ate at the steakhouse and the Italian restaurant, all were really good.

Grand Velas is absolutely amazing in every way!! It is beautiful, clean and the amenities are perfect. The bedding in our room was top quality as was everything else from pillows and towels to the room decor and the layout! Our personal Concierge, Gianni was there for us the whole time and texted us daily activities. Every staff member was just as friendly and helpful as Gianni! Clean and soft bedsheets and pillowcases. Big and anti slip bathtub with water jet massage. Thick concrete sound proof wall. We loved everything about the hotel. All eateries and restaurants are within the hotel which gives the whole family members to be flexible and at ease with planning. The nannies we hired were very nice and sweet to my child and they also had lots of fun and safe time while the adults enjoyed the Michelin star restaurant experience.
