I was recently at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach with my cousin for a girls trip. Delfino Renier is my butler, and as always , he made my visit exceptional! He assures that my room is in my preferred location and the mattress toppers are on the beds. He makes all my dinner reservations, my pool chair reservations and any reservations for excursions that I request. This trip my cousin and I did the turtle release over by Pacifica. Delfino made sure our transportation was set up for that. Delfino always checks in with me daily to see how my stay is going and ask if I need anything. He always goes above and beyond! I go to this resort often, as it is an exceptional resort. There are ocean views from every room. The staff cannot do enough for you. Many of them have been there for years and always remember my family and I when we return. They are very friendly and want their guests to have an amazing vacation. There are many restaurants on site so if you don’t want to leave the resort you don’t have to. I highly recommend going here in January or February during whale season. Although the season is technically November through April, they are most prevalent during January and February. You can literally see whales just of the shore of Sunset Beach on a daily basis. Watch from the beach or watch from you balcony! It’s truly magnificent! If you are a golf enthusiast, do not miss playing a round on their Jack Nicklaus Signature Course, right on site. I can’t wait to return to Sunset Beach in February! This time with my family group of 11 the first week and a friend group of 6 the second week. I consider Sunset Beach my home away from home and love sharing it with friends and family. We refer people to this resort often. It’s truly a 5 star experience!

Alejandro #38 made our experience! He is simply the best! Could not have more good things to say about him! He is kind and attentive! An amazing person Inside and out! We will request him in following years to come! I love the experience he brought to me and my family and hope to see him in the future! We love Alejandro #38!

Fernando at pool 17 was fantastic! Never had to wait for anything. He took care of us without asking. Fernando made sure that our experience was fun and comfortable, but far our favourite pool experience this trip. We will be back and send all who ask!!!!

Roberto made our trip. He was so fun and accommodated everything for our birthday girl! We stayed in the main for the day and had a great time with our friends. Roberto made sure we had everything we needed and always went above and beyond with service.
