Eric Alvarez aka Eric Estrada was THE BEST! He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and has a GREAT personality! He should be promoted to a management position to train others! Thank you so much for making our first time in Cabo such an enjoyable experience!!

Bell boy Eric Alvarez was incredible to my family & giving us great advise while on the trip. Coba Mexico was such a great trip we can’t wait to comeback next year. Food was delicious & the view were unreal. What a way to end the year, with the people that count the most

Had a man named Eric and he was extremely attentive. Made our trip 10× better with his efficiency and kindness, grateful he was our driver. He went out of this way multiple times to accommodate our hectic schedule. Never the less I had an amazing time at the resort and this made it that much better

Had the pleasure of enjoying my vacation at the main pool with Felix’s professional , friendly and excellent service. He was always there making sure we were taken care of and always with a smile! If you are lucky enough to be able to spend your pool time with him you will never forget it!!

Carlos, Alan, Juan, Alonso, and ALL of our waiters were fantastic!! Everyone is so nice. The drivers are amazing! The activity coordinators are great! Rooms are clean! Food and drinks are yummy! I love coming here! Can’t wait to come back!!
