I went to the restaurant tazuna and Felipe was working the bar and he was the most perfect employee at Pueblo bonito I met. I went back and saw him everyday, he had the best service ever. I am already planning on coming back next year to see him. The food at tazuna was always amazing and great drinks.

Camarino at the building 17 pool and Humberto at the main pool were awesome! Extremely polite and helpful, even with our multiple orders. They went above and beyond for us. Overall the stay has been really good. The only issues we have had were we on the 3rd day when they cleaned our room and didn't replace the towels. It took more than 2 hours to get towels sent to our room. This was on July 4th when the resort was packed, so a little more understandable. Definitely would come back.

Parliett wonderful! He was on top of everyone’s needs and though at times he hardly had a chance t catch his breath, he never failed to to provide great service. Parliett shared a lovely smile and and amazing service as all times without failure! The best experience throughout our entire stay a Pueblo Bonito pool #17!
