Great location and service. The staff was excellent, especially Francisco (B1). He helped us the entire trip and was very attentive to our needs. He drove us around the resort whenever needed and tremendously helped my family and the wedding party. Just wanted to thank him for all his hard work!

This trip was so fun! A big part of that that was the hospitality, everyone was so nice and so willing to go above and beyond for my friends and I! I felt very taken care of. Amazing workers! The bell boy Joel was so amazing in particular! He made leaving the resort so easy and we didn't have to worry about a thing! All the bell boys were so amazing, honestly best hospitality I've ever gotten!

Where do I even begin...from the moment I checked into the resort I had an awful experience. Transportation on the golf carts takes forever. You can call and they say they send someone to come get you and you will be standing outside for 20 minutes maybe more. The staff treats you like you are more of an inconvenience then a guest of the resort. The food is absolutely awful. I have been to several all inclusive resorts and they have been nothing like this. We went to a restaurant on the property and waited 25 minutes for water and two coke zeros. Not only that, there were lipstick stains on one of the cups in our table. There were 3 of us at dinner and only 2 of us got our entrees. The food was cold, unflavored, and made without love. While we were waiting in line for food, we heard other guests talk about how there were ants all over their room and even in their toothbrush. Another guest talked about how his AC and his power went out. We were there for a wedding and our other friends had to change rooms several times due to things not working in the room. The rooms, disgusting. Walking in the hallways of your building you will be greeted by hundreds of dead or alive moths all over the ground (as seen in photos). Don't waste your time or money coming to this resort. You can stay at a way better hotel in Cabo for the same price, or even a bit cheaper and be treated like an actual guest and have a good experience. Or, you can stay at Pueblo Bonito Sunset and waste most of your time on a golf cart (or waiting for one), be greeted by millions of moths all in your room building, have unseasoned and cold food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, or wait over 24 hours for one blanket you requested for your room. The only reason we stayed at this resort was for a wedding on the property. We left after the wedding and went to the Hilton Los Cabos and have had such an amazing experience, seriously 10/10. And guess this? It is even cheaper than this awful hotel. I genuinely do not understand how this hotel is a 4 or 5 star hotel. It should be a 0 out of 5 starts. Pueblo Bonito is no bueno-ito.

Carlos and Omar at pool 26 were amazing servers and the food was great. Both were very personable and great at what they do. If you come visit sunset beach, get a spot at pool 26 so you can interact with Carlos and Omar and experience amazing service!
