Alejandro #38 & Elias #14 are the best cart drivers. All the drivers are great, but these two are our favorites. Please remember to tip ALL the drivers, they deserve it.

Perfect location Atmosphere was great Cart Drivers are awesome as are the maids, waiters, gardeners, cooks, van drivers, shuttle drivers. Rooms need a major overhaul. Brown water flowing out of the facets. Then water flowing from the ceiling in the dining room. Water all over the floor. So besides an electrical hazard for the guests there was water standing on the floor all over into the entryway, kitchen, living room. Which is a hazard for the guests. The owner is neglecting the original buildings to build new communities on his property at the Sunset. Heartbreaking when we see what the buildings have become due to the owners negligence. Our maintenance fees are not being spent to maintain original buildings. Buildings all need new furniture, lamps, refrigerators, dishwashers that fit into the required place in the kitchens etc. the Sunset is a beautiful place with great employees that for the most part are beyond great.

La Choya at PB Sunset resort was incredible, they have a small van converted into a grill and pumps out some mean tacos. Server was Erick, he’s a badass and made dinner that much more enjoyable. 5/5, 10/10 loved it

Luis Navarro: great customer service! Remembered our room number before we did. Golf carts were available for transporting as the property is very large. Whales were able to be seen from our room. Would stay here again.
