Alejandro the cart driver was the absolute best!!!!! His hospitality and knowledge of the resort was amazing. I am going to leave a review mostly about him for how amazing he was! I am serious, he should be a guy that is the first person people staying at this resort should meet and shows them how great the resort and amenities are including the restaurants. He taught us more than anyone else did!!!! He made our stay better than anyone and l would want him to be my ‘concierge’ upon arrival!! Thank you again for all your hospitality and for making our trip as great as it could’ve been! When, I come back, I am going to ask for you!!! The resort itself is also very nice. Plenty of pools, restaurants and amenities to make your stay very enjoyable. I would consider a time share at this location.

Very good good service specially for Joel the bellboy

We were in room 612. From Aug8-15. Loved the location. The atmosphere was incredible throughout the resort. Everyone was respectful and valued our time there as guest. Our room was cleaned daily with great attention. She even left 2 beautiful swans in each of our bathrooms and a flower in the kitchen. We have evening going to the Sunset for 15 years and each time we go we are never disappointed. Each restaurant was great and even the Market with their variety of choices. The highlight of our trip is ALWAYS going to the main pool. And playing volleyball EVERY DAY! The activity coordinators Christian and Xochi are fabulous and keep everyone engaged in participating. I love the water aerobics and playing Texas Hold’ em. We have seen both these activity coordinators the last few years and it’s been great. Another one of my greatest pleasures is going for my massage. GREAT! Also, the servers at the pool: Miguel, Luis (to name a few)., BUT ALL the servers we had were extremely helpful and through our time at the pool we attentive to our needs. Lastly, the golf cart drivers were wonderful. Likewise, All the each staff member: cook, restaurant server, and all. A big thank you for making our stay always memorable. See you in May 2027 of next year.

Wonderful stay! We had a fantastic experience at this resort. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with amazing views and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and spacious, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the pool, food, and overall ambiance. There were a couple of small areas that could be improved, but they didn’t take away from our experience. Overall, it was a memorable stay and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We would happily come back again!

We have been coming to this resort for 9 years and while it remains workable the clear decline of the property is sad. This year the air conditioning in our room does not work sufficiently—we have had service at least 4x. It only got worse. Over the past two years the water in certain pools (pool 40 and main pool) is extremely cloudy. Something is clearly wrong with the filtering systems yet nothing is done . I am sure there is a health risk to using those pools. Management has to be aware because there are other pools where the water is clear As it should be . On the positive side we enjoy the food and the view
