Goodness gracious this has to be the best most creative and tasty mexican inspired food we have ever tasted. We took a shot on booking there as we stayed at Pacifica- and we had to return on our last night because nothing tops it. The servers are all delightful too! Dont hesitate on reserving a spot! Such a charming place.

This resort is nice but all inclusive is crazy expensive! They hook you to go to the time share meeting and get affordable all inclusive rates. There is a lady who bugs you everyday sometimes multiple times a day to check to see if you have attended a meeting. Then you go listen to their pitch. After several hours we explain we are not interested and then she talked my mother into paying $100 and we would have 90 days to decide or cancel. The week we returned home my mother decided she did not want to move forward with the time share. We contacted the email contacts given to us to cancel. We have emailed multiple times, called and were told in 3-5 business days they would email us a cancellation. It has been almost two months…still waiting! Major scam, steer clear!!!!

Checking into Pueblo Bonito was seamless. The front desk clerk, Gaena, was extremely professional. He was courteous, got me the room that I booked without any problems, and was easy to talk to in English. Supervisors, please buy him a lunch well earned.

We had an amazing experience at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Golf & Spa Resort and the service was exceptional! A huge thank you to the staff Pool 26 - Carlos, Omar, and Marcos. From day one, they took such incredible care of our family. Their service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful—always one step ahead and making sure we had everything we needed. They created such a relaxed, welcoming environment that made it easy to fully enjoy our time at the pool. What really stood out was the personal touch. They remembered our preferences, checked in at just the right moments, and consistently went above and beyond. It never felt transactional—just truly great hospitality. Carlos, Omar, and Marcos made our trip feel special, and Pool 26 became our favorite spot because of them. We’ll absolutely be back!
