Alan and Miguel at the main pool were the best I’ve had the entire trip! This was at the main pool

Loved our pool experience at Pueblo Bonito main pool. We stayed at the far end near there kiddy pool with our toddlers and Alvaro made sure we were well taken care of. He was constantly checking on us making sure we were well fed and hydrated. He high fived our kids every time he gave them a drink and it’s those kind gestures that really made our experience. Appreciate you Alvaro for the beautiful memories.

It was a wonderful hotel. We came from Sacramento, California, to celebrate my twin sisters' birthday with the family for two weeks, and we loved the service provided by Elliot. He recommended the most delicious cake slices from the deli—we liked them so much that we bought a whole red velvet cake to celebrate my sisters' 18th birthday. Everything was wonderful; we’ll be back in 2027.

This was our first time going and it won't be our last. The resort is beautiful, the food was good and the staff were amazing. We loved the different pools and the different restaurants. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Whenever you need to go anywhere the transportation was always available. We purchased the all inclusive package and it was worth every penny. I did get a massage from Amparo. She was amazing. I wish she lived closer.
