Staff at world Cafe is exceptionally pleasant, helpful and friendly. Especially Cheff Daniel who went out of his way and provided gluten free baked goods and is constantly overseeing the good flow, Reyna at the Mexican station, always busy but always smiling, Miguel Angel quien se porto tan servicial, patient y amable, le agradezco mucho a Sayra en el area de smoothies, tan ocupada pero con una excellent actiud!! A Juan quien esta en Oceana también y es muy professional y ofrecio una bebida muy atentamente. Francisco muy sonriente y amable. Excellent home style dishes, food variety really very clean and maintained. El staff de Meraki super servicio!! En El cafe en el turno de la tarde hizo una leche caliente con saborizante, a pesar de no ser una bebida en el menu. Un reconozimiento especial a los tres encargados de limpiar las albercas por su amabilidad. El staff del bar de la alberca es amable eficiente super paciente y atentos y alegres en especial a El bar tender quien creo la bebida 'something good ' la mejor bebida!!! El staff del barefoot grill amables y un servicio incredible. Las personas quienes train y recogen las toallas muy eficientes, El personal de limpieza always making sure everything is clean! The attendant at the waterslides super helpful, love the idea of having all sorts of floaties for people to use Congratulations on everything .Gracias Dreams Estrella del Mar beautiful rooms, beautiful stay!!!

Overall the trip here was average. Lots of noise from being housed right outside of the room. Food was mediocre, drinks were lackluster, and accommodations had some very boggling choices made (motion sensing light in the bathroom that, even when shutters are closed, shine in on the bed directly). Staff was overwhelmed with the large number of guests leading to long wait times for certain food or drinks. Worst part of the experience was the high pressure sales and multiple times daily pushes to sign up for a 'membership.' It was readily apparent that the compensation system utilized places these employees in a highly stressful situation and that stress is then placed on the guest to buy-in to their timeshare. IMO, this isn't worth the price paid at all. I think I'll take a pass on Hyatt resorts from now on.

Beautiful resort! I would definitely return! There are dolphins or whales swimming by the beach every single day! We all had so much fun playing on the beach and waves. The amenities are excellent for all ages! The water slides, lazy river, and the variety of pools were a huge hit. The rooms are spacious and they all have a great ocean view. The pool and buffet servers are fun, helpful, and friendly! It can get loud at night because of the night entertainment so prepare to bring ear plugs. The turtle sanctuary next door is a must-see!

The staff is amazing, we are impressed how we are served. The check in is good, we got upgraded room. We like the tub on the balcony. It is so impressive to have a shower seeing the ocean in front of you. It is very clean everywhere. The only complain is that there is bad ordour in my room during the night. Two of the most impressive person are the Sandra making omelette and the Francisco wearing glasses . Their services are so great and made our stay in the hotel.

Recently there with my fiancée and the company he works for . The staff was spectacular, the señorita ,’Sandra at the omelette station , was out of this world , just watching her prepare the omelette was breath taking , and even more impressive is that she spoke English very well. Definitely in awe . You definitely have a diamond in the Rough . See you guys soon . Thank you Tiby Herrera
