If you’re looking for a typical loud party going March Break all-inclusive resort, this is NOT the place for you. BUT, if you are desperately searching for the Perfect, most chill, laidback, relaxing & worry-free resort experience then this is the PERFECT PLACE FOR YOU! After an extremely crazy few weeks back home and with work, my family were looking forward to getting away from a relaxing beach vacation. This Dreams was the Perfect choice. On March break - typically the busiest, loudest, craziest time to go for a “Relaxing” vacation, we came to this Dreams resort that some how made every NOT ideal situation into a non-issue. It was truly AMAZING, how their most friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to what felt like effortless addressing and amending every issue that I usually face at a typical large resort on what is typically one of the busiest weeks of the year. Special Thanks to: 1. Gil the Entertainment Director 2. Sandra who made amazing omelettes 3. Guillermo our great waiter two night at different à la carte restaurant. 4. Jesus and Brian who brought us our drinks and snacks pool side each day. 5. The concierge team in the main lobby who went out of their way to help with big and small requests. I usually ask for a room on a higher floor, furthest away from elevators, the lobby and any foot traffic, BUT because the resort was at full capacity we end up in the NOT IDEAL - first suite on the the first floor in the most high traffic area right next to the nightly entertainment stage. The crowd and music directly outside our suite (#2100) was loud and echoed through our room. BUT, promptly at 10pm the music stopped and everything went silent, which felt like instantly. I have never experienced anything like this in all my trips to an all-inclusive. It was remarkable how what would have been typically been a horrible start to a vacation, quickly became a most perfect good night sleep in the perfect room. Never has that ever been the case before! Mind blown! I am a vegetarian, and finding the right food is usually a challenge at resorts, but on the first night without asking, I was approached by a hotel manager and one of the chefs letting me know that if I wanted them to prepare something special for me, I just needed to ask. I only mentioned it in passing to Gil their entertainment manager when asking what their food menu would be at their International Food night. I asked if there were vegetarian options and he mentioned a list of typical items they would serve. But Gil must have passed on this information without me asking. Very thoughtful and unexpected.

Family friendly resort with all beautiful rooms having both an ocean and pool view. That was amazing! All rooms are an easy walk to the restaurants, pools, etc - no shuttles needed. The kids (ages 9,8,6 & 3) loved the pools, waterslide, lazy river, easy proximity to the beach and some planned activities. The resort is only a 10 minute drive from the airport. Service was friendly; but food quality was disappointing based on my outstanding Dreams Tulum Resort experience.

This resort was excellent for a quiet relaxing getaway. The resort was very clean, the staff and service were excellent.

Beautiful location. Breakfast buffet great! Sandra at the omelette station,always with a smile, great memory and super caring. Hector for poolside service, fast, accurate. Rooms are comfortable, housekeeping clean but not beyond. I couldn’t figure out how to get the turn down service. Got it once by accident and loved it! Would be nice to have beach more accessible with chairs and bar service. That might take some pressure off chairs at the pool. Fire show was great. Other entertainment could be upped a bit.
