Efrain and Andrea provided us with great service during breakfast time. Sandra best omelet cook! and Hernan' and Isaac best bartenders ! we will be coming back again to this resort. i recommend this resort to anyone that's wants to come to mazatlan:

Location Fantastic! Right on the beach with plenty of lounge chairs! Specialty restaurants Food was a little better but often served dried out F from heat lamps or microwaved) or cold. Only visit here if your bilingual ??. (Had better luck communicating in France ). Didn’t meet my Idea of Hyatt standards compared to previous stays across Mexico!
