This hotel sucks! Our air conditioner has not worked since the moment we checked in. I complained the moment we arrived, they told me to close the blinds. I slept terribly all night. Woke up in the morning, made 2 trips to the lobby. Maintenance stated the room felt fine. They temperature scanned the room, 25°.....returned to the room after the day, still hot. Concierge came upstairs, stated it felt fine. In the meantime, I spoke to my neighbors. They stated their room was so cold they slept with their door open. I'm done with this hotel. Never in my years of travels have I experienced such nonsense. Dreams, please do better. I'm spending my hard earned money on a terrible experience. I'm still waiting for a response from management. I simply asked for a different room.

Sandra the matron of all things eggs at breakfast is super friendly and efficient and definitely brightens my mornings !

Beautiful hotel with every room facing the ocean. Staff in every area are very helpful and kind. Food is very good. Beach is absolutely beautiful with the ability to walk for miles in each direction. The only drawback is that the waves are too strong to allow for swimming.

Overall this resort is a good layout and is well equipped. If there were more lounge chairs around the pool that would be nice. Sandra who makes the omelettes in the breakfast buffet is top notch and kept us well fed all week. Oscar the waiter out at the pool was very good and attentive and kept us fed and hydrated all week. All of the staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with at the resort.

The sushi at Meraki is 10/10!!! Our waiter Jose was very attentive to our needs and very kind.
