I want to thank the staff of Jewel Grande Montego for making our stay 06/11/2025 - 06/16/2025, and Birthday/Graduation Party celebration a memorable one for our daughter Dr. Nnyeko Griffiths and approximately 50+ friends and family that stayed at the hotel, plus 17 more for the event pass. Starting with Tamina the hotel’s group planner who got us premium ocean view rooms and assisted us with the party planning and set up, you did a great job. I required the person touch and you tried to assist at all times. Customer service that I received at the front desk was outstanding from check in to check out, and special shout out to Anathaniel, Audia and Moya. You guys always acted professional, respectful to members of our group, answered whatever questions we had, providing excellent service to the guests. Venessar, each time we dined in the buffet we just wanted to keep you for ourselves despite knowing that you had other guests to attend to. You have great people skill and that is what is needed in a job like yours. Keep up the excellent work. Mr. Puspendu, thank you for listening to the special dietary needs of individuals in our group and trying to accommodate them. I stayed in Suite C1103, and the view was spectacular and the room very lovely. The stay for myself and my group at Jewel Grande Montego was excellent, I would recommend the hotel and hope others have the same experience.

Awful experience will never go again, from the horrible room location, to the restaurants , couldn’t get in was told they are full, lies. and most especially the rude and disrespectful staff. Would not recommend this resort to anyone.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom butler's suite. Our butler's communicated mostly through text, rarely in person. They secured dinner reservations but beyond that we're of no help. Twice, following housekeeping service, we had blood smears on the bedding. We had to request fresh bedding. Floors were never swept or mopped during our stay. Requests for water in the mini bar were ignored and had to be requested multiple times each day. The food was good. Drinks were okay but they were very stingy with their liquor.
Very Poor Customer Service

Our visit to Beaches Grande Montego Bay for an event was ruined by the blatantly rude and unprofessional behavior of a staff member named Ramon. From the moment members of our party arrived, they were treated with disrespect and condescension. As Black locals, we expect to be treated with the same courtesy and professionalism as every other guest. Our presence and money are just as valuable, and we should never be made to feel otherwise. We made an effort to address the situation directly and told Ramon, respectfully, that he should work on his customer service. His response? "I don't need to work on anything. I'm fine." This level of arrogance and disregard for guest feedback is completely unacceptable, especially in a resort that claims to pride itself on hospitality. Management must take this seriously. No guest should ever be dismissed or belittled for giving constructive feedback.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Jewel Grande Montego Bay. While the resort itself is beautiful and many of the staff were excellent, my interaction with your in-house security personnel, RAMON, was extremely disappointing. His unprofessional and unpleasant attitude was unacceptable, especially in a hospitality environment where guest experience is paramount. As someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, I can confidently say that employees with such poor attitudes can severely damage the reputation and overall guest experience of any resort. Jewel Grande must address this matter promptly, as individuals like RAMON do not reflect the high standards that guests expect when choosing a luxury resort.
